I engaged Texas Tub Pros to reglaze my bathroom tub. ***** was friendly completed the job and told me to call if the tub starts to peel. Well, I had to reach out to ***** under one year (April2022) and we ended up playing phone tag for a few weeks until he finally came on April 30, 2022 to re-do the glaze. Again, he apologized and said it shouldnt happen again and to call if I had issues. So, needless to say I reached out yet again April 23, 2023. This time no response to text or phone calls. I then find out my phone number has been blocked. I reached out to their main office to complain and a lady told me she would investigate and get back to me. Its now July and still no call back. Very disappointing. Reglazing if done properly can last way more than one year. I would absolutely like to talk to the owner and see if he would correct a wrong or explain to me why all my calls went unanswered.Initial Complaint

I had my tub refinished by Jeremy in June 2021 and paint was peeling so he touched up in December 2021. When he touched up the finish was matte and not shiny and there were still area of peeling paint. I have tried emailing and calling the company with no answer. I would likey tub to be refinished or a refund. And I would like people to know so they won't have to waste time.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/02/12) */ Because the original job was not completed properly it was completely redone at no charge February 12,2022. We spoke with the customer and she was happy with the refinishing. We also restarted the warranty to start 2/12/2022 Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2022/02/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) They refinished my tub 2 days ago. Only time will tell if it was done properly and they gave me a warranty from 02-12-2022 to 02-12-2023. Will call company if something happens within a year. Thank you
