I scheduled a mobile detail for odor removal on my car on 6/12/24. ****** came to my house and steam cleaned the car but did not even do the entire car. He came back out on 6/14/24 and advised that he did not clean the headliner and other parts of the car so I had him redo it. He was only here for less than 30 minutes as shown on our cameras and he did not fix the problem. He advised if the smell came back to let him know a 3rd time and now after sending him $290 via Apple Pay, he has blocked my phone number and will not respond. I asked for a refund or to come back out to fix the problem before filing this report and no one will respond as of today 6/20/24. The car smells worse than it did before he came the first time. Please assist to provide a refund from this company. The attachments show my booking confirmation, the payment, and then green messages showing they are not going through. I also called multiple times.
