I am writing to BBB to help me in resolving my issues with this company, I have left messages and call them and got no response back.I have bad smell coming from my A/C when I turn on the heat and I call them right after the problem stated back in November when the technician ***** left my home. He came with and bad attitude like he didnt want to be there in the first place, I have been wearing mask every since 2009. Due to my health issues/ autoimmune disorder I cant breath inside my own house do this this smell coming through our vents. I paid for and air filter and SERVICE MAINTENANCE on our A/C every season and this time I dont know what ***** did this time because Im having trouble breathing with my heat coming through the vent. They also say they put a HVAC System on my outside air conditioning to help me remove the allergy and add a HVAC System to help out but that doesnt seem to be working since the last ***** came to my house. Refund on both. Please help me with the issues since I cant get them to call me back.

We had a tech out on 01/04/2023 to replace the REME Halo Bulb at no charge. if this did not fix the problem, we can remove the REME HALO and refund the customer if they are not satisfied with our service.Customer response
