I purchased Weather Tech floor and cargo mats on February 12, 2023 and paid over $360.00. As of today I have not received the merchandise, only excuses from the seller. They said they would contact Weather Tech to check my order and call me back, but they never do.Business response

To whom this may concern,
Our issue with ********************************* has been resolved. A while ago ******************* ordered weather tech floor mats from us. We ordered them from our supplier and due to supply chain issues we never received them. A full refund has been issued to ******************** last time we spoke!
