I recently had the pleasure of working with Surgo Automotive and I can confidently say that they have earned every single one of their 5-star reviews. When I noticed some shaking in my steering wheel, I called around to a few different mechanics for help. Surgo Automotive was the only one that made me feel like a valued customer from the very beginning.**** and the rest of the automotive staff were courteous, professional, and were able to take me in the same day. The team quickly identified and resolved my issue, and even went above and beyond by performing a complementary inspection. I was blown away by their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.After shopping around multiple mechanics in ***********, I can honestly say that Surgo Automotive stands out as a shining example of what great customer service, professionalism, and honesty should look like in the automotive industry. I am thrilled to have finally found a reliable and trusted mechanic after 5 months of searching, and I will be recommending Surgo Automotive to all of my friends and family. Surgo is the very definition of a company that goes above and beyond for their customers. I called them early this morning panicking about how my vehicle was vandalized so badly it wouldnt even start, all this while being just hours before my father was going to be driving it cross-country **** miles or so, too. Not only did Surgo get our vehicle running again, but they had it towed to their garage, brought several other issues to my attention to address at a later date, and repair a lot of small issues as they went through the whole process. My dad is going to be able to drive our car back and for that I am so, eternally grateful. Thank you, Surgo!Review from Blake H

Great shop. Went out of there way to help me. Never pressured me, never over charged, explained everything in a way I could understand. I will be going to Surgo Automotive for all my repairs in the future. As a woman going to any repair shop is a risk but not at this shop.Review from Shannon B.

after having my transmission replaced under warranty(was forced to choose one of two shops in SA) and my cv axle and bushings, my ac is now blowing hot on one side of car. This was not an issue when I dropped it off. I am now being told I can pay another DX fee to see why. While it was there if I wanted any other issue looked at they wanted to charge me a DX fee for each and every issue. The repairs totaled over ***** dollars and that was for a used(who knows how long it will last) transmission and I payed out of pocket for the other repairs. I dont feel I should have to pay a DX fee for Something that wasnt broken before it went in regardless of whether my ac/heater was supposed to be touched during repairs. I dont know that there wasnt a mishap or intentional damage done, but that is terrible customer service to charge for every DX while its in the shop already. Is this how all shops conduct business and is this why most shops are not trusted? So upset and disappointed! Will NOT recommend this shop to my friends family or enemies!Review from Stephanie C

Fast efficient and nice people all around. They lady in front desk Cody I believe was very friendly and updated me on what I needed to know. Josh was fast on my oil change and very friendly. It’s nice to know the place is under new management my fist time back after a year or 2 I Believe, I will definitely will be back.
