      I don't think I need to rate them even 1-star. They were even below that. They will hire people, ask them to do tasks, and will never pay them. Ironically, they will gaslight the employee and even blame them for not doing a good job, promise to pay them still and keep on defending themselves that the payment options that the employee chose will not work for them after the employee finishes the job. When in fact, before signing a contract, both parties agreed to send payment through the chosen mode of payment. They were scammed and this company is a big FRAUD! They were establishing fraudulent businesses and continuing to hire people who desperately needed work. They are very good at lying and not paying.

      This company should not be in business. They talk a big game about the things that they do, WHILE NOT PAYING THEIR BILLS OR EMPLOYEES. Don't put your money into any place that chooses not to pay their workers for work that has already been done (contract-be-damned is how they operate).

      One word SCAMMERS! They did not give us a furnished apartment. And they got us evicted on Christmas Eve 2022. They didnt show up to court and the judge gave them/us 5 days to leave. And this is after weve been served by the sheriff on their behalf. Its pure lies after lies. Theyre yet to compensate me and my family after sleeping on floors of the apartment for $2500. The *** needs to look into this scam company. We didnt receive nothing that was promised by ******* or Rel shortening for ***** the wife. These people are crooks working together. I will be suing them. I found them in the black girl magic group *********** and ******. They didnt seem to care what this people did to **. Let me think theyre working together in this scam. Be Warned !

      Cooper family inc SCAMMMMM!!! These inconsiderate people put me and my family (4 kiddos and myself and my husband) into a home in a beautiful community. Two weeks ago I get a hard knock on the door like the cops. Its the front office (property manager) letting me know the house is going up for eviction. They hadnt paid ANY OF THE **** (rent) paid on 07-05-22 and neither the deposit we paid them of $350 which is non refundable. They didnt pay any rent to the community and my family was left with NOWHERE to go. They are SCAMMERS, yes they are blind BUT they are took all of our money and expected us to pay a prorated fee (per their rental agreement the rent should/will never change). They wanted us to pay $1,428 August 14th when we just moved in the home July 18th, and we paid them $****. Then they wanted us to pay $**** more on the 1st of September. But wait thats not all, they also tried to come and put us out of the home and I know my rights so I told them as well as the CONSTABLE that they would need to give me a 3 day written notice if I didnt vacate by then , ofcourse then they (constable) can serve me papers . They cut the lights off while were in the home and we were without lights almost 24 hours. They have kids and I cant imagine jeopardizing my kids life and putting them at risk behind a freaking SCAM. Its shameful and ridiculous. Im suing yall *****

      This virtual administrator was paid for the work that they completed. Unfortunately the situation is more complex then this person being ignored by anyone on the Cooper Family Inc team. Payment was received by this virtual admin for verified work completed. Cooper family Inc. works hard to ensure all staff and team members get paid in a timely manner. All team members have multiple points of contact that they can reach out to, as well as after job report forms, and the numbers of individuals that handle payment on the team.

      I have not been paid the full amount I have worked and reached out via text message. I believe I have been blocked by the owners. I have also emailed twice on 10/17/2022 and the second time on 11/3/2022 to their personal emails, admin email, team support, and community support email. I also have proof from the co-founder of CFI, that I am owed $1,650 for the work I completed. It has been two pay periods without pay without any form of communication other than emails and texts that have been ignored. Please reach out for the proof I have.
