a week ago, I was visiting *********** Texas by myself and wanted to buy a gift to my wife. therefore, on July 2nd, 2024, around 12:45 or 1:00 pm i went to Swarovski at **************************** shops and told the sales person (her name is *******) that i would like buy a gift to my wife in ******, and clearly asked for a gift receipt in case she wants to exchange in ******, so she was very nice and helpful and gave me the gift receipt, then kindly advised me that if she wants to return she would need the full receipt. she was very aware that i am not from the states because she had me logged into my Swarovski account. and i was also enquiring about rings earlier as well and she was telling me, if she does not have the right size she can exchange the right size. so the sale transaction took place based on the information she gave me. when i went to the local store in **************, the sale lady said it is an international transaction we cannot do anything about it! when i contacted swarovski and explained the issue, they totally dismissed the misinformation given to me and said we cannot do anything about it. the receipt i have does not mention anything about international exchange or return! now my wife would like to return and cannot. please advise. Canadian amount paid is $288.38. below is the US amount.
