I had an excellent experience working with ***** *********** company, Direct Rate LLC and I can't recommend them enough! I felt like ***** was available 24/7. He made a huge difference for me and my purchase compared to the builders loan officer. not only did they beat all other offers but the whole team that worked on my loan was always courteous and available when I called or emailed to confirm information. Never had to ask for updates because it was done in 16 days. (Switched to Direct Rate half way through so they had to work fast to earn my business) Last thing, if you like to learn, work with *****. He explains everything about the process. He went in depth with all the numbers and even spent time boosting my credit. (Free Service he provided to help me get best rate, my credit was 4 points away from 740+ so he put in the work to boost it) He also shopped my ******************** for me !! Direct Rate is connected to some top Ins Brokers and saved me $192 a year right before closing. JUST A+ all around.Review from Cristal R

For a first time Home buyer it was really an experience I will never forget. Ponch and his team at Direct Rate, were great expert guidance that help us through the whole process. He was always there when ever we had a questions or felt confuse. He made things so much easier. I would refer this company to anyone that is going to buy a new home.
