Just bought 2 Cabana samplers. Got home and discovered the food was stome cold, it didn't have a chicken flauta or guacamole. The one cheese enchilada barely had any cheese in it at all. We were the only customer and it took over 30 minutes for them to finally bring the food out! To top it off, they charged us full price for this garbage!!! We paid $25.00 for very little, cold food that was missing 2 items.We will never go to Taco Cabana again!!!Review from Jennifer B

I went to the location in ********** NM ordered family plater of beef fajitas no borracho bean sub refried beans and family plater of the ********* and refried beans no borracho bean no onions. Then they gave me two beef fajitas tacos with refried beans and rice and gave me family plater of barbacoa with bell pepper and onions and borracho beans I went back to the restaurant after getting home 30 miles away, I call to the restaurant several times and it was busy so I drove back over there I talked to manager she said she corrected it. She said she gave me family platter of beef fajitas and rice and beans and family plater of the barbacoa with no onions and bell peppers and refried beans and the tortillas for both when I got home ithe boxes was only 2 trays of refried beans and tortillas in both boxes so then I called the store again and told her what she gave me and she tells me that she made it her self that it was correct .. it is not correctTaco Cabana Corporate Office Response

On August 7th 2024 I went to this location and ordered five bean and cheese tacos and one country sausage Taco they had me waiting in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes long and I was the only car there once I got to the window I asked him why they took so long and they said because they were making fresh food that's why I waited so long being the only car with that being said they gave me my order and it looked like someone who just sloppily stuffed everything in there it did not look fresh it did not look like anything was taking time on everything was open everything was greasy and when we got home the country sausage Taco tasted like dog it was gross and the bean and cheese tacos were burnt and tasted like store-bought beans and overcooked beans and the beans and cheese ratio was not even equal everything was disgusting and I even took a picture and made a complaint as well and no one has gotten back to me I tried to submit another complaint but it said it was outside the 48 hour ratio but I did file the initial complaint inside the ********************************************* back ASAPReview from Sandra B

I'm leaving this review due to my visit on July 25th ************************************************************************************************************ they cannot do that as the young man took my order through drive-thru I asked him why and when did they stop doing that the young lady interrupt the manager ******** as he stated she was a manager said they never done it before when I know I used to get my tacos this way at all times because my daughter used to work there and it was never a problem even after she left from working at Taco Cabana this is the location at ************************************************** in ****** Texas ***** the customer service was horrible because the young lady choose to want to argue and get loud with me which was a poor ethic experience for me and for her to work as a manager for a corporation like Taco Cabana I never experienced this before also the young man name was ***** who took my order he really didn't have much to say cuz he didn't know how to proceed to handle the customer but the young lady would never show her face or apologize off of the lie that was told because I just spoke to corporate office and they told me they do sell steak taco fajitas now if I want to stay tacos I don't care about the up charge or what they was going to charge me I just want to stay tacos on hard shell and they could have done that instead they refused the customer order and I had to order something totally different so Taco Cabana would never get my money again although it seem as though they're not helping the customers when they make reviews or complaints sadly this is so out of order for a company to still stand when you get poor service I hope this review goes a long way then just here and something get done about it.Taco Cabana Corporate Office Response

My husband an I went to Taco Cabana on Thousand Oaks and ordered a chicken salad and Queso and chips and everything was old and burnt. I coukd not believe they would serve this to their customers.. I took it back immediately.Review from Debra S

I work for a delivery service and I went there this morning about ***** my first order came out fast when I ask for my other order I was told there were 3 tacos left to make. I waited and waited then realized that he was not making my order but he was making 2 orders of food for an employee in which was just sitting and eating other food. I thought that a customers order took priority over an employee explain this to me if I'm wrong. This store is located in off **********************, Texas.Review from Sandra S

I ordered to go and yet I had to go back and ask them about my order. Get this, ***** was making the order had to wait for some time. Then when they brought out the order I told them it was to go. I came in and ordered to-go and since I didn't dine in I was told I couldn't get a water cup for ice. I was then threatened to leave or be escorted out. After I left the manager locked the door. I'm appalled and won't be going to Taco Cabana ever again, nor will my friends and family.Taco Cabana Corporate Office Response

The taco cabana at ********************* and mopac freeway had the most outstanding experience customer satisfaction to me and my family..the outstanding workers were ********,******* these 2 run this taco cabana in a way that other cabanas could learn from...from being a down to earth manager and respected by the workers and then make you feel like family as well..so I say thank you to taco cabana at *********************...they deserve a praise from the man himself(owner)...because when we praise someone for a good job that feeling inside you feel is non explainable but good....ThanksReview from Linda C

I decided to stop by and try out your Chilaquiles meal big mistake. It was horrible. The tortillas were tough the eggs were descent not very much rancheros sauce I shouldve asked for extra, but I figured it would probably have enough according to the picture that was on the menu board. The flavor was pretty decent, but the texture of the whole meal was just totally dry. It was just really horrible I think the Chilaquiles, if no improvement is made need to be taken off the menuTaco Cabana Corporate Office Response
