My house replaced by OnPoint Premier roofer company. The roof was leaking caused mold damage on the interior ceiling of the closet of my home office. The total repair paid in full of $12,856.58. I contacted the OnPoint to repair the roof leak. They came to repair the roof leak and paid for remediation protocol. During the rainstorm on 11/25/2021 the engineering verified the flashing was allowing water to infiltrate the house and witness water passing through the flashing and entering the household confirming that this is the source of all the mold and damage. I have contacted the OnPoint Premier and send them reports from engineering stated that the on point premier company improperly installed my roof by poor workmanship and poor-quality product causing the mold damage. I requesting to send someone with proper experience to replace flashing and make proper repair and give them deadline to response on December 15, 2021. Since I do not get any response from the OnPoint, I contacted *******************, the owner of OnPoint Premier to ensure to response to me by deadline date. He said that he is done with me and hang up. He contacted the *************** to requesting the quote and send to him to repair my roof. I send another email with the quote to ************** and request to response January 7, 2022. I will force me to take legal action if I do not get any response. The OnPoint Premier improperly installed my roof and did not comply with local building codes. On ************* did not perform their duties and responsibilities stated in the contract. I did not any response from OnPoint Premier to ************** my roof leak or pay another company to repair my roof since. I will force to pursue all legal remedies plus monetary damages and attorney fees under ***** LawBusiness response
