On Thursday, May 30, 2024 I purchased a Pard FD1 Night Vision scope from the store by telephone and their website. I sent them for payment through Zelle and the acknowledged receipt of the full payment. I email them a prepaid *** next day saver shipping label and they assured me that they would have it in ***.'s hands that day for sure, Thursday which would mean that I would've had it today, Friday. According to *** the package was just dropped off at their facility today, Friday and since it was *** next Day saver, it won't be delivered until Monday. I demanded a full refund because they assured me that it would be picked up by *** on Thursday. They refused to answer my phone call and don't respond to my texts. I looked up their review history on ****** and yelp and there are numerous negative reviews about this business. ***. doesn't know where the package is at present.

I purchased an FX M3 in 2021 and it was nothing but great a enjoyable experience.Awesome rifle and no issues whatsoever. I drove to *********** from ******* and spent close to 2hrs in the shop talking air rifles and Bitcoin with the owner the first time, great guy. However, I returned to *********** in April of 2022 and passed by the shop to pick up some pellets and ultimately spent over $800 on a brand new air tank. I never write reviews but I got burned so hard on this deal that I have to write this as it is still bothering me now months later. Fast forward a month and a half from date of purchase. I'm gearing up to try out my new tank as I finally got time to go out in the field to shoot and noticed it was completely empty. I took it to a scuba shop thinking nothing of it until the scuba owner calls me to tell me the tank is utterly unsafe to fill as the tank has what looks like a tiny puncture on the bottom half of the cylinder . I call the owner to resolve the issue as I had absolutely nothing to do with the cylinder being defective. I had nothing but great things to say about Alamo before hand seeing as I spent over 3k with them but instead was met with defensive and utterly disheartening behavior. They refused to take the tank back or exchange as it was outside the return date. How was I supposed to know I was sold a defective product? I'm now out $800 and have a giant new paper weight. They contacted the manufacturer after I called and sent a bunch of emails detailing the issue. All they offered me was to get it hydro tested. Unacceptable as this tank is supposed to be brand new. Be very wary of doing business here.

I purchased a airgun rifle from Alamo Airguns on 04/02/2022. The salesman told me that Alamo Airguns would do the warranty work there at that location. I brought the rifle that I bought there to have some obvious warranty work done on it. **** (the owner) wanted me to pay $140 in advance for the repair. I should not have to pay parts and labor for this repair. As an authorized dealer for this AEA brand he should live up to his obligation to get my rifle repaired.
