I came in for a tire replacement. During the tire inspection during the front tire of my vehicle was damaged. The manager refused to take responsibility for the damage. He was very arrogant and rude didn't even properly inspect the tire just said it was metal I picked up on the rod when I left. He even said the bay was so clean he could eat off the floor. All I am asking for is the replacement/ repair of the vehicle tire damaged. The business mission statement is based on trust. I can't tryst a business that has a BBB accredited sign on the door and windows. However, is not only not accredited but has an F rating. Trust has been broken in my book.

On 10/10/23, I went to ********** to repair my car. My check engine light was on and there were unstable gear shifts from my engine. so I took it in, thinking it was the spark plugs. So they checked and confirmed that was the case.A week or so later, I started having the same issues. So I went back on 10/20/23 to get the car fixed. I went in and left the car there, so they can inspect the car and actually see what the issue is. The mechanic that helped me said they would call me later in the day. I called in the evening, because I didn't hear from the mechanic. They said they needed more time, to leave the car overnight. The next day, I called in and they said they found the issue, that it needs a new axle seal. They will replace the seal, then test drive the car to make sure its fixed, then call me when the car is ready. Again, no phone call. I called that evening on the status of my car. They said the seal failed, gonna try something else, to give them another day. The next day, I called and they said they were trying another type of seal. That they will call when the car is ready. Again, no phone call. The next day... same story, difffent seal. Again, no phone call. So I called them, and they said I need a new axel. I said "ok, let me know when the car is ready". Again, no phone call. I called in the next day on the status of my car, they said that the hole that the axle sits in is bored out; that the new axle will not sit properly into the transmission. That since they don't work on transmissions at that Big O Tires, I need to find someone to fix the transmission. I said ok. I will come pick it up on Monday. That Monday I called to let them know I was coming to pick it up. I came in to pick it up, the car wasn't ready. So I waited, then they charged me for parts and services that DIDN'T FIX MY CAR! I found a transmission repair tech to fix my car. But now the franchise owner doesn't want to refund me. I went, twice, to their Consumer Relations, and still no

I took my car in to see about an oil change and to check on my daytime running lights They called me and they said I needed a brake job on the rear tires. I said to go ahead and do that if it needed it I also stated I needed the daytime running lights to be fixed. When I went to pick it up yesterday, I found that my left headlight was completely out. I did not have a left turn signal and the right side daytime running light was on. They did not complete the job I requested. When I talked to the manager this morning he was very uncooperative.

      - ********************************************************. location. Went in last week of August to buy a set of tires for a 2020 Dodge Durango. After the tires were installed and aligned, I test drove the vehicle and noticed it had a bad vibration. Took it back to Big O Tires for the second time and they rotated and re balanced the tires and said that the rims were bent on the vehicle. Went to get a second opinion at another tire distributor and they confirmed that the tires were faulty. Big O Tires technicians (3) plus their store manager test drove the vehicle and confirmed the tires were bad. They said they would get us new tires by Monday, but my wife needed to be at work by Monday and they couldn't take care of the problem that Saturday. So I went to discount tires and bought new tires and the vibration went away. I tired to get a refund from Big O Tires, said they couldn't give me a refund because once the tires are installed they can't refund them. They have the tires and are still billing me for them and they are not in my possession. Easy pay is the credit card company that gave me the credit, I talked to them and let them know what happened. They said that the contract agreement was finalized and I was to pay for the tires that I don't have. I called corporate and made several complaints on Big O Tires and was told each one is it's own franchise and handles business differently from location to location. I tried to use the credit in store, but was denied. Total bill is $804.68, I'm paying the bill to avoid and credit score issues. All I am asking for is a refund since I already got tires somewhere and have no drive ability issues with the vehicle.
