This company is a complete scam. They offered plans, but when you sign up tell you they no longer offer it. They advertised in my area that at 1000kwh we would be getting charged 15.6 per kwh. In fact we are getting charged 21.8 kwh with bills being upwards of 300 dollars for a 1 bedroom apt. I had an incident where I was OVERCHARGED for a bill, then refunded. Then after I made a complaint with the PUC for their continued fraudulent behaviors, the refunded money was taken back out my account as past due charges eventhough the bill was current. Do Not Use This Company!!!!

They claim they will reduce your rate but only if you hit 2000kwh exactly. For example if you hit 2010 kWh or 1998kwh then you are paying much more then what you sign up for! Whomever hits exactly 2000kwh or 5000 kWh. If you are one number up or down they charge you much higher price!! Do not sign up with them!! Please read everyone else’s review!! Be very careful!!!

If I can give this company zero stars, I would! Do not sign up for this company! They say rates will be reduced from 18.x to 12.8 but each month they never did. Now they tell us that reduced rate will apply only if you hit 2000kwh exactly, not 1999kwh not 2001kwh but it exactly has to be 2000, which household exactly hits at 2000??!! Each month our bill is almost $1000.00….Run as fast as you can from these folks so u don’t get caught. They only argue but never made an attempt to work with us. Every negative comment u read is exactly what we experienced, learn from the experience of others, there are too many good companies out there.

I should have ran away from this company with a name like Flagship I live in a one bedroom apartment my electric bill has been 354 dollars and more than that they quoted me a plan and when I signed on I did not sign up for what they said people you need to take these reviews seriously this place is horrible and I will not continue to be used they know you can't do anything about it but just pay it I cannot believe people are so dirty.

Within the first billing cycle, I discovered the rates they stated I'd get was incorrect and the ability to switch plans within their company was incorrect. So, they're just saying one thing and doing another. When I finally got escalated up to management they did nothing.

I signed up with Flagship Power with the gimmick plan where if under 1000 KM, you get a $100 dollar bill discount. I monitor my usage. I calculate that I will be either be billed 28 - 31 days. In janaury statement, doing the Houston slight freeze, I had monitored my bill and was slightly over the 1,000 Km. The freehit the 34 ad 355 day. I thought I had done good until I got my bill. They had billed me for 35 days (with billing date ending on Wednesday when it usually ends on a Friday or Monday) with 350 extra KM for the freeze time. Normally, that should have went over to the next billing period. I called them and was told that every month they bill between 28 - 31 days except for January when they bill for 35 days????? Why??? I will be filing a complaint with the Public Utility commission.

Electricity rates not as advertised. This company charges above market rates when usage actually decreases.

Don’t recommend connecting with them. They have hidden fees and aren’t upfront about everything. I even got charged a “disconnection notice” one day after a payment was due .

This is the most awful company to deal with for electricity. They are not truthful and their customer service is the worst. Not only can you hardly understand them but they never know policy.

People do not often take these reviews seriously but should as times are getting high and the economy hiking. I feel that the majority of these electric companies are taking advantage of this. Let me tell you my story. I moved into a 899 square feet apartment and Flagship power was my 2nd provider. I had a long conversation with the sells rep about usages. From what I research the average uses should be 10% of the square footage of your home, I stayed with Flagship 3 months and each payment was close to $200.00 dollars. The graphs they share on my online app shows much of nothing. I work from home and lights are hardly on in my apartment, and the ac stays on 76 degrees. The interesting part is the graph showing uses is always higher on the weekends in which nothing is running but my tv and ac. Spoke to 3 reps about explain this and never got a straight answer. I moved on explaining that the sells rep was not honest about a lot of things. Even though they waved the early termination fee my final bill was again close to $200.00. As I shared that can not pay the whole amount but can make payments to pay it off I was told they can not do that and was threaten collections if I do not pay the same amount. I would suggest researching this company thoroughly before you be in a financial pinch not get any reasonable answer to why the advocate low cost but charge the highest rates leaving out addition fees. I am looking into legal actions for misrepresentation. Avoid this company if they are not list with BBB
