We terminated service at the end of October and the owner refused to clean our pool that week. However he invoiced us for a full months service which included a week he did not clear. We pro rated and paid all the invoice except the last week he didn’t clean. He keeps harassing and threatening us for payment. He has now assessed us a late fee for the week he didn’t clean and has been trying to charge us for.Initial Complaint

Company refused to do full month pool cleaning so we gave partial payment for weeks he did the job. He continously sends threats, harassment and intimidation to us. We have evidence to support our claim and reached out to have him stop. On October 30th I informed Quentin ****** that we would be terminating service at the end of the month. He stormed off and refused to clean the pool yet issued us an invoice for the entire month. When we prorated it to account for the week he did not clean, we received this threat from him regarding a lien on our home for remaining less than $60.Business response

Pool service was completed for the months of September and October in full. Our GPS tracker of the work vehicle show corresponding days and time at pool for service. Invoices have been sent each month for balance owed and actions that can be taken to collect if not paid in a timely manner.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
The pool man, Quentin, came but did not do cleaning. The dispute isn't in regards with company showing up, but not doing the job per the invoice for the full month. Thus GPS data is irrelevant. We also have invoice from new pool company that had to came that week to do job he didn't do. If the company continues with baseless threats he will be invoiced legal fee to take appropriate action against his fraudulent and deceitful actions.
