I got an email that a order was being shipped out to me at 7:30am and I called them ASAP at 9am my time when they opened up to stop the order that I did not order and was told that it was already shipped and I would have to return it and pay the shipping when I received it, it is now 2pm and I just got another email saying it just shipped. so now I have to pay the shipping for items I don't need.CPAP.com Response

We ordered online and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I reached out by email to CPAP.com and they responded within 2 hours! A call to Ian resulted in an exchange process and an new mask being mailed right away. This is beyond superb customer service! Thank you so much!
