On Saturday, November 12, 2022, I attended a concert for .................................... at the Smart Financial Centre facility. I arrived at the location at 1925 pm (7:25 pm) and did not get to park until 2115 pm (9:15 pm). I met some other ladies at the Smart Financial Centre for the concert. During the purchasing of the tickets, there was nothing indicating we had to pay for parking when we arrived. Parking was not mentioned any where on ****** ******* site for this event. We were all charged three different prices to park and there were individuals charging and taking money at the entrance causing traffic to be backed up for miles and taking forever for us to get into the concert. Ticket Master should have advised us that we would have to pay a third party company to park upon entering the facility. This third party company did not accept cash, they only took credit cards. I had to get some else to pay my parking because I had cash. This event was very unorganized and unprofessionally put together. I would like for corporate to contact me and reimburse me for the horrible parking that caused us to miss some of the concert.
