I had two accounts with extraco bank and first off I had a lot of money come up missing out of my accounts so I spoke with a banker named *** and we closed the account and opened new ones and I disputed the transactions and nothing was ever done about it. Then on August 9th I went into the bank to withdrawal $400 and I was going to use the extra banker machine because most of the bankers are rude,so I'm standing in line and *** tells me to step out of line and go over to some other banker well he proceeds to tell me that they are closing my accounts due to fraud. A week or two before that I brought in a check from a car wrap company to have them look at the check because it didn't look right to me and I didn't want to cash it and it not clear and have to pay back $28,500 to the bank so I had them check it out and they said it was not real so they confenscated it,I did not cash it. So they tell me I committed fraud several times because of the money that went missing out of my account they said they investigated it and it wasn't fraud but I only was able to dispute one or two from cashapp and I don't see why they would close my accounts and take my $400 for money that was mine and they didn't have to pay for.There was also an accident where *** asked me if my husband was beating me because of him talking over me at the meeting with her about the missing money she also asked if he had been to prison which neither of those are any of her business.Business response
