Edited 4 years later.Run away as absolutely fast as you can!My daughters dog, who has a chronic illness that will never ever go away, was denied her lifesaving medication online, through an email, while I'm checking the mailbox everyday like a dummy, and stressing, counting pills.My daughter's dog can't eat without those pills, it makes her sick and takes weeks of explosive ****, and her stomach turning to the point you can hear it several feet away, she drops any weight gained super fast and it take around 6 months to 8 months of a timed regimine, with her pills and food just to ger her to gain 3 or so lbs, but sick, she can lose that in 2 days.So no pills for her tonight, she can't eat, vet is closed tomorrow, and by the time I make an online order, it takes over ten days to get here, so two weeks without my dog being able to eat, without getting deathly sick and ruining all the progress we have made, which to get her here, took almost 2 years and it will be undone in just a few days. That's all it takes.I can't even say what I want to say, but they have my phone number, could you not call me? Versus an email that went to spam?So when she's dying? They are going to be more than happy to hold out their hands. They said she has to been seen first in the email. .Seen? It's a chronic, lifelong condition, it's not going away, it's not going anywhere. There's nothing to "see", 3 plus years ago when this issue started, I was going there every week, test after test, test this or that, week after week she got sicker, skinner, she was literally a bag of bones who was entering muscle failure when I, I repeat, I figured it out. Hundreds and hundreds later to them and I solve it. She almost died.It took over a year before we could get past the yellow ****, the vomiting, a year of consistently being on schedule.She has enjoyed her life this past year and they messed it up. Hungry for an exam fee, hungry for a few extra dollars.I literally hate this place.
