We just started dealing with Credit Builders and they have taken us through the ringer. There selling these vehicles and soon as you drive off the lot it breaks down. And there making customers by insurance from them and buy liability insurance from some where else. So if you wreck the vehicle there going to get paid and you're out of a vehicle. A lot of people don't know that Texas has a Lemon Law.All you have to do is go to the Texas Department Of Motor Vehicle and file a complaint. It cost $35.00but it's worth it. Let's stop them from beating everyone out of their money..

We always try our best to provide a quality experience for our customers. We sale used cars and sometimes they have an issue early on. We always try to do what is right, whether that be fixing the issue or swapping to another car. We allow the customer to purchase their own outside insurance, but also provide internal options, which are cheaper a lot of the time. We do not show your name as a customer in our data base. As always we are glad to address any issue that you feel was mishandled. Thank you

I came to these guys as a last resort I really needed a car and apart from having $2,000 down no one would give me a vehicle because I work for a temp agency. I got this car with a messed up key fob it's 50/50 that the doors even unlock or that I can even get the car to start. They knew what type of battery went in the key fob same day I got the car I was locked out because the fob stopped working. I call they act like they don't know what's going on. My temporary tags went out Dec 26th I call to get my plates and i am told that I have to get my car inspected in order to get my plates when I asked why they didn't inspect it before they gave it to me. I was told that because they sell cars to Arkansas residents they don't inspect the vehicle then I pointed out that they knew I lived in Texas. So now I have to go in Friday pay for an inspection then wait another week before I can have my tags. The worst part about all of this is that they put water in my antifreeze tank so a couple weeks ago when it was freezing outside my car overheated and the check engine light came on. They've tried to sabotage me around every corner not only are they constantly trying to take my money but they aren't willing to work with me either. A new key fob is $200 my biweekly note is $227, now I need a new thermostat and the housing. The shop priced the work at $400, I got a ticket yesterday bcuz my tags are out of date. But because they messed me over now I'm stuck paying for all of this and if I miss my payment Kristen informed that they would disable my vehicle until I am able to pay my note. I've only had my car for about 2 months. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS A HILLBILLY'S SMILE.
