      Stay away: expensive, unreliable, and do not do what they are supposed to. When my salt cell was showing a 0 (!) level of salt, the service manager was, with a straight face, telling me that the problem is with the equipment. He dared me to take a water sample to a pool store and check it, which I did. Guess what: the salt level was at zero. This is one of many episodes of my dealings with "Blue Science."

      We hired Blue Science to do a resurfacing of our pool. 15 months later, there is rust from exposed rebar. The warranty protects them and they have no obligation to repair. I wish I spent $20k elsewhere.

      I've spent countless hours with Blue Science constantly following up to beg them to deliver the service I pay for. Multiple times the technician lied and said they cleaned the pool, but in fact they never even showed up at the house. 50% of the time they don't even vacuum, brush walls, or empty skimmer baskets. Terrible service. TERRIBLE.

      Just a disclaimer, I'm not sure which Blue Science outlet I used. However, it's definitely Blue Science. I was having problems with my former maintenance company and decided to get another. I just THOUGHT I was having problems before. I hired this company in April, '22 and specifically wanted them to do repairs to the equipment because the valves were not doing what they are supposed to do. This company charged me close to $3,000 and never fixed the problem. Honestly, I don't know if they did anything at all. The problem I hired them for was never fixed. I've now found a guy that seems to know what he's doing and my pool is close to being back to being useable. One thing Blue Science said they did was change the filter grids in my DE filter. I just looked at those grids and everyone of them is broke. I spent another $350 on new grids today, which is what finally prompted me to make this review. I kept telling them that the pool wasn't getting better and they just kept throwing more DE into the pool. That caused it's own problems and I think it's why I had to buy more grids today. If your pool is in great shape, they might be able to do the weekly maintenance, but I would trust them. Close to $3500 dollars and haven't been able to use the pool at all this summer. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Do not use this company. I am so angry and frustrated with what these guys did or didn't do and the money they charged me in exchange for absolutely nothing. If I could post that pic here I would but apparently it's not possible.

      This is the worse pool company in Dallas. We hired them for several months and had issues almost each week. The technicians would either not show, or not do the full cleaning service and even left our vacuum and fountain turned off... it gets worse. We have toddlers in our home so we have installed safety pool fences. The technicians for this company are clueless and sloppy they left our fences wide open more than THREE times. That is a huge hazard for families with babies. We fired them

      This company IS the worse pool company in the DFW area! They left our pool green for a week with tree stuff in it. We asked them to fix the problem but they ignored us for a week! This is Friday and still waiting!! Be warned!

      This is quite possibly the worst pool service I've ever experienced. For some reason I have given them opportunity after opportunity to make right of all the screwup's that they have done and yet they keep screwing up. It's just not hard to service a pool, yet they have figured out how to master that. They have damaged my gate, which has yet to be fixed, after arguing with me it wasn't their fault, when in fact I have the text messages from the technician who admits he damaged it. Then they claim to clean my filter, and after I've had real professionals come and look at it, they have 100% stated it was not cleaned correctly, and they also disconnected the regulator for my salt water. I do not think these things are done deliberately, I just think this company is completely incompetent. I literally watched them the last time and how it takes 2 guys to not clean a pool correctly is beyond me. Pool was "serviced" on Thursday, and green on Sat morning, nice job guys. I will never use them again and will definitely spread the word. Unprofessional, disappointing, and frustrating.
