      Commits financial discrimination, they do not want business from the working people, only those who are rich. Was denied an auto loan based on and I quote " not rich enough". I will be going elsewhere.

      Deposited a life insurance check and bank is holding half the funds for seven days. Its an insurance company check and should clear in total. This bank is using my money to make interest while on hold. Policy needs to be changed.

      Discrimination??? Usually when someone treats a person one way 'over the phone' and treats that same person another way 'in person' referencing the same exact subject matter.... it's usually discrimination based on what I've experienced during my lifetime. Oh well.... ??????? it won't be the last time. I addressed a subject matter over the phone with the teller... I verified the correctness of the information that was given to me on 3 separate inquiries while on the calls. I ask the same questions 3 times on 2 separate calls. Well... once I arrived at the branch, the person remembered the call. After 30 minutes of waiting, he decided he was not going to handle the transaction as discussed over the phone. The way he stated to handle the transaction was policy but he wasn't going to handle it that way, which caused great unnecessary inconvenience. I stood there for 30 minutes as he scrolled through my account. My account was not a new account. I will consider this incident as discrimination.

      You need to remove the temporary hold by Walmart on my account and then immediately refund. Also I cannot utilize your overdraft then put money back into my account only you can. Number 3 there is no reason my information on file shouldn't match your records if it's been updated since 2008. So please correct all 3 of those if you want to keep me as a customer otherwise I will switch banks.

      This bank is the absolute worst. Every time I used my debit card on Cash app they locked it. And they would lock the card on Saturday night so I would have no access to my money until Monday morning. Requested to have a text message come to me so that I could verify I did the transaction but They refused to allow me to do it. They said that I needed to call them in person. I absolutely will never recommend this to anyone. Now that I have the money to pay off my credit I’m closing my account and will have nothing to do with them again.

      THIS IS A BANK THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF IT CUSTOMER. CRAZY OVER DRAFT FEES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. IF YOU ARE $1.00 OVER DRAFT, THE CHARGE YOU $15.00. IVE HAD DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO MY ACCOUNT FOR 18 MONTS , THEY TELL YOU YOUR BALANCE FOR YOUR PAYROLL CHECK AND DONT CREDT IT TO THE NEXT DAY. I RECOMMEND ANYONE CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, THERE ARE MUCH BETTER BANKS MOST MAKE YOUR PAYROLL AVAILABLE DAY BEFORE NOT DAY AFTER. I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

      Alaina *********** whom is the assistant branch manager IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! SHE KIND, PATIENT, AND CONSISTENT! I WAS EXTREMELY STRESSED FROM A NEW MOVE AND SHE MADE MY DAY WITH HER PERSONALITY! This branch is definitely lucky to have such a professional yet welcoming individual like herself. I wish I could receive such outstanding customer service from other facilities.

      My account was fraudulently access 3 times at Woodforest bank. This 3rd time $300 was taken from my account and the bank refuse to give my money back. First, I was denied because Airbnb told them I have an account t with them. Found out someone used my info with a completely different name(fraud). Second, I was told I gave the user my name and PIN number. This is unacceptable on every level. I am out of $300, I cannot understand how the rightful owner of an account can be grilled on security questions, but a perfect stranger gets access so easily. The resolution given we sorry we can’t help you. Make this make sense!!!!!! **

      These guys are garbage. ****** garbage. There lack of professionalism, their cynical approach to customer complaints. Lack of security. A entity was able to steal $5000 from my bank account because of their lack of security and professionalism. They give lip service and a ** facade of concern but they really really don't care.
