I ordered two pillows from the company and they were quite expensive. After well over a month I contacted the company because I received nothing -- no shipping information or anything. The company said they didn't have the pillow case and that's why my order was delayed although that seems like an odd reason not to ship the pillows. They sent a FedX notice saying the pillows have been shipping. A few days later I see the pillows were not shipped and instead the company cancelled the FedX. They are not responding and I have no pillows and I'm out $800!!!! What kind of scam are they running here?Initial Complaint

I purchased two (2) pillows from Down and Feather Company. I took the quiz on the company's website to determine which pillows I should order/buy. The company's quiz results recommended that I order a FIRM pillow. I ordered a Firm pillow and a Extra Firm . When I received the pillows I was never excite to get them. When I opened the boxes, I was very disappointed; I knew that the pillows would be too hard/firm for me to use. I used them one night and it was impossible to use the pillows; they were way too hard/firm. I contacted the company for a "Pillow Adjustment", they informed me that I needed to return the pillows to the company. It will cost me $60.00 to ship each pillow back to the company, for a total of $120.00 !!!! This company scams their customers and makes it literately impossible to return pillows due to the expensive return shipping cost. I am asking that the pillow issue me a FULL REFUND and pay for the return shipping of the two (2) pillows. Order #1220386 Thank you.Initial Complaint

I ordered two pillows online from Down & Feather Company on 03/23/2022 attached to Order #1219715 and my AMEX card was charged $1,221.06. I received the pillows and chose to return them within the 30 day return window. I used Return/Refund Center option online and was provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return. I sent the pillows back and I have not received my $1221.06 credit to my AMEX card. I have called and spoken with employeees on 7 different occasions and I am transferred to a voice mail every time. I have never been transferred to someone to have an actual verbal conversation with. I have left voice mail messages on 7 differenent occasions. I have also used the 'Contact Us' email function indicated on their website and have sent 7 messages referencing my order number and asking them to call me at 713.252.5017. I have never received any type of verbal or electronic response from anyone with the company. I simply want a phone call from a real person wtih the company and I want my refund. I am reaching out to BBB on the advice of an attorney in The Woodlands TX area to see if my situation can be rectified before reaching out to Montgomery County DA's office to file a criminal complaint. I appreciate your help.
