We purchased a medium and a firm 'original' feather pillow from them. It said it would be just like the old ones my dad had in the 1950's. (Heavy) Both were full of air and took eons to deflate. They weren't heavy and felt like you were sleeping on a pillow of air. The return went smoothly until it came time to get our refund. After a month- nothing. I called and emailed for weeks. No response. 'No manager is available to speak to.' They route you to an answering machine- no one ever calls you back. Luckily I kept my proof of return shipping and my credit card company refunded me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!Review from Walter S

Hello Let me take this opportunity to express my appreciation for exceptional quality products this company may offer. I've received the pillow and covers on time and exactly as order. As soon as I open the box the luxuries quality presented itself in front of my eyes, being honest I did not know what to expected since this was my first order from this company and based on review on BBB, I was skeptical at first. I'm glad that I take this chance with (Down & Feather Co.) Down & Feather Co. become my favor store, where exceptional quality product will always be my first choice ?? I called 4 times in 4 days, left messages with very simple questions on their pillows and nobody is ever available. I e-mailed 4 times in 4 days nothing, no response but when you call to place order, bingo, they answer! When you ask them the simplest question, like their return policy, they DON'T KNOW?? Stay away from this company. I have a feeling you will regret it.Review from Gerald H.

Bandits! Pillows are crap and overpriced! They are lined with potato chip bags! Don’t buy if you want to use them for sleeping! Their website has a quiz that I guarantee will give you the wrong pillow. No coincidence! They ship pillows individually. If you buy two you get two boxes. If you try to return them you get one return label. If you tape the boxes together to use the ONE label they charge you $60 and have the nerve to chastise you for doing the return wrong when there is NO WAY to edit the return to get two labels! That way they are guaranteed to make their profit if not on the crap pillows, then on the return! Thrives! Stay away. There are much better pillows out there for less!
