I HAD A LOAN WITH COMPANY FOR OVER A YEARS THING IN MY LIFE CHANGED JUST RECENTLY I LOST MY JOB AND MY DAUGHTER ALSO MOST PASTED AWAY AND MY GRANDSON DID PAST AWAY AND I WAS TOLD I WILL BE HARASSED UNTIL DEBT IS PAID AND NOT CONCERN ABOUT SITUATION . NO CARE IN THE ***** AND THATS SAD AND MY MENTAL HEALTH HAS BEEN AFFECTED.

I contacted these people to help with my credit to help with everything else me and my family have and I am not the only one they have stole money from us we have asked to cancel our credit we have asked to cancel everything and they still have not they have still charged us over and over a hundreds and hundreds of dollars that we want that and nobody will give us a call back nobody will contact us back nothing we want our money back this is a fake company that should not be allowedBusiness response

I was contacted on the morning of 8/7/24. Someone from Atlas left me a message stating that I could refinance my loan and get 55 dollars back. I called back around 1 pm and spoke to ****. She told me I could refinance my loan but would have to pay 45 dollars. In the few years I've been with Atlas I've never had to pay to refinance. **** states the person that left me a message that morning is new. It's uncalled for to lie to one of your customers. They have also harassed the people that I put down as references by calling them constantly. They are not the one with the loan and they need to stop with the harassment.Business response

**** has been calling me and family membera every single day and has came by home 3 times! I have explained to her several times that I cannot pay right now because I have lost my car and home! She does not seem to care! She is more worried about herself getting in trouble then understanding a customers hardships!Business response

Atlas credit is reporting an incorrect balance on all of my credit bureaus. I have disputed the amount twice but they keep saying balance is correct. I have called and left voicemail at corporate headquarters but no one ever calls me back. I have verified my balance with the local Atlas Credit office in ******************* where I opened the loan several times and this is NOT THEbalance corporate headquarters is reporting. Also they are NOT reporting my balance every month.Business response

I have asked multiple times to not be approached at my home but Atlas Credit keeps coming to my home and calling my elementary school where I teach at which is highly inappropriate to do so. San ************* came again when she returned to the Atlas Credit office a second time and *************************** was issued a NO-TRESSPASSING Citation. Should *************************** ever come back, we are to call Police and she will be arrested.
WE (ATLAS CREDIT ) called the cops on her and had her "No Trespassed".
Atlas Credit will discontinue going to her home or calling her job.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Atlas credit approached me first on my own property and has continued to trespass and harass even with notification from myself multiple times not to do so.
The following personnel has been notified of Atlas Credit despicable actions and behavior including their own corporate where I filed a formal complaint.
City of ********** *********************************** including city manager, city prosecutor, the district attorney, **************** and the San ************************ where two reports have been filed by myself against Atlas credit for harassing myself and child endangerment of my children.
I have also notified the *********************** ISD ******************************** that if Atlas credit personnel come to my place of employment which is an elementary school, they will be citated for trespassing and additional child endangerment charges will be persued- one count per child enrolled at the school which is ~600+ counts of child endangerment in all.
Atlas credit shall no longer pursue me in any which way. They have gone beyond inappropriate with their behavior and approach with my account. I want nothing to do with them anymore.

Good morning,I have been a customer with ********************** for over 12 years. I have absolutely ALWAYS had great experiences with all the reps until today. I received a telephone call from ******* with Atlas Credit, who stated she is the managers boss and she is helping out.******* stated she was calling about my payment. I explained to *******, I called to speak with a manager several days prior and was informed a manager would contact me but that never happened.As I explained to *******, I called to make my payment but was informed by a representative she was unable to accept my payment w/o charging a late fee.During the conversation as I further attempted to explain the $56 I owe and not $66, ******* yelled at me stating maam..After, I informed ******* when I would pay the $56, she hung up the phone in my ear.******* is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. To be called a manager or someones superior is sad.I enjoy doing business with Atlas Credit but I absolutely REFUSE to speak with ******* ever again.May I please have a telephone number for Atlas Credit customer complaint department? As of 03/21/2024, I have made consistent partial payments to this creditor, after being a customer for years. In addition, my ********************** report has been reported as a charge-off, even though this account is open and active, and has been for a long time, now. I have been repeatedly harassed by telephone and in person at my residence, and I will not stand for or tolerate this. I am about to retain legal counsel for these matters.Business response

I had some fraud on my account, which resulted in them restricting my access to the account.They will not investigate it, then when I asked them about closing my account they threatened me with saying if I close a credit account they will report it negatively on my credit report.Business response
