            On 1/28/23 I stopped by Alpha to speak with owner about detailing a vehicle. We discussed what I thought the car would need and I was told to drop the car off and I done so on Sunday 1/29/23. On 2/3/23 I received a call letting me know the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up the car I noticed trash from removal/application of trim covering interior of vehicle as well as damage to headlights caused by sanding and scratches to paint that was caused by what the employee called a buff job. I contacted owner who requested that my husband bring the vehicle back so that they could discuss the issues. When my husband arrived with the vehicle the owner refused to look at the car, began using foul language, removed shirt and was exhibiting threatening behavior. The owner eventually agreed to refund cost of detail but has yet to do so. Both headlights were damaged. Before and after pics of passenger headlight attached
