They towed my car for Onstar. Completely ripped off my front bumper. You know what the owner said "fu ck you and your sh****t car, you sound like your from ********** or some sh******t" I have it all filmed and recorded. They towed my car and it had little bit of damage on the bumper. They can't just admit what they did cordially without cussing or yelling. This is how the operate. He said I have before and after picture I said same. Y'all tell me what you think. He also said I had my driver call you and admit it instead of hiding it like we could off. Horrible people disgusting people. They don't deserve to have any type of shop. Here's some photos!!!! So much more he said also.. cant believe these people are in business.Review from Patrick C

Did not answer the phone for 2 days ( I worried it could have been stolen), said my part to be replaced had a lifetime warranty (they did not pursue), did not inform me they would change my brand new oil change which had less than 100 miles on it (subsequent repair shop said that was unnecessary), Basically they did not care! I asked if they could help with the lifetime warranty, we dont do that, you will have to do it! We were in a fix with a breakdown and a needed tow and very new to this area and about 4 miles away. Took a risk and got taken advantage of!. Took the defective part to another shop and they took care of the warranty for the part exchange. persons I spoke to were ***** and *******I will basically do a 180 degree turn if I am headed towards ADAMS AUTOMOTIVE! 1 star rating is too generous!Review from MH A

Steals from people! $875 to tow our vehicle 4 miles. They are dishonest and greedy and need to be put out of business.Review from Lisa

Rip Off, Steals from Customers, Fraud for Insurance Company's to pay him. He charged us $902.72 to take our suv 3 miles!!!! Fuel charge $125!!! Hook up fee $255!!!! Clean up fee $200 when the fire dept cleaned everything up!!! Labor Fee$100!! Inpound fee $20! wasn't even there 3hrs, another clean up fee not sure what this is from he didn't elaborate $150!!!! Milage fee $18 Credit card fee $ 34.72 My insurance agents were appalled but what this man was charging us!!!! Towing charges shouldn't be more than $200 to $300. People need to be aware before having someone tow there car what all the costs are. I've checked with 4 other insurance companies and not any one of them have ever heard of charges like this EVER!!!! They said to me this company needs to be reported to save others from getting ripped off! The owner was RUDE and didn't care how he treated people!!!!!! I don't know how this man has stayed in business, oh he STEALS from people thats how!!!!
