Had a return ************* machine went into *** Store #******************************** Gave the *** girl my coffee machine and needed her to package my coffee machine with bubble wrap and a secure box. Got a call from ************************* and she said that she received my box but had a ring in the box and not my machine ********** and the manager said that *** employees always switch the labels told her I worked for *** and we never did that so she said she would get back to me. Got a call from ***** the owner of that store on Dec 5th they will work on it Called the owner ***** that owner *** store #**** Dec 12th ***** said that ********* at Tchibo that she has been very difficult to work with ***** told me that its really not his problem it was a return label to Tchibo I told him I dont think so ***** told me more false accusation, and said that he doesnt have to deal with this I told him its his store and he better. Called ********* at Tchibo and she told me that she has done everything by email because ***** will not talk to her. ********* said that the coffee machine that I bought went up to over $500.00. ***** at the *** store **** will not nor does not go out of his way to help me on this situation but ***** is not dealing with a amateur I will take him to court plus call channel 25 here in Victoria ****** I asked ***** how would he like it if the tables were turned he could not answer that question The UPS store #5474 Victoria ***** does not speak the truth plus he has no idea what he is doing. Just want everyone to know That that *** store sent a personal ring out to a coffee machine manufacturer and not my coffee machine to get repaired. My ************* grinder maker is lost and its not Craigs Problem and he doesnt have to deal with this situation.Business response

Of course she is wording it against me to make me look like the bad guy.
Truth is, I am not 100% sure it happened at my store. We never said it happens all the time. Switching labels hardly happens at our store.
I told ****** that I will take responsibility for it since it's more than likely it happened at my store but still not 100% sure it did. She provided a receipt from amazon for $346 dollars. I told her I would pay her that amount and that is it. She is trying to exhort over $500 from me for some reason. This is a used coffee machine that was being returned for repairs and she shouldn't receive more than entitled to. I think $346 is a fair price. I have this all in text messages of her threating to *** me, call the tv station, a lie from ******** saying I wouldn't work with her. I could only email ******** and that was painful. She wouldn't answer all my questions. I had to end up sending 1 email at a time with 1 question to get an answer to that question. That drag that process out to an extra day.
