Purchased Fleetwood mobile home. In Feb of 2022, it was not installed until April due to weather complications. On May 9, 2022 I sent a lengthy list of much repairs to be completed by manufacturer within there specific time line for work as the home was unlivable as it was. I included pictures and a detail list. Since that time very little has been completed or repaired. The repair person sent to do repairs told me they do not do cosmetic repairs, ********************************* in the corporate office also said they do not do the cosmetic repairs. However, what is deemed as a cosmetic repair? The damages I listed along with picture evidence, were not evident at time of purchase. Doors are out of alignment and you can see the sun shine through them, bathroom and kitchen has a metal clicking noise by the ac vent and much much more. The repair person knows I have to travel a total of 4 hours, to meet him at the home for him to try and work but according to him he only works for two (2) hours a day, Also knowing this; when he canceled his last appointment, he did it 5 minutes after he was due to arrive at property. Home needs to fixed so it can be inhabited it has been over 6 months and I can not live in it full time. At what point can I begin to live in a home that I am currently paying for? Are they going to start reimbursing me for my mortgage payment, I think they should by this time. I also feel the home should be fixed. I feel I should be reimbursed for all the fuel and time I have spent over the last 6 months going back and forth for shody work, No work and lack of professionalism. The shody work is trying to fix the front door in excess of 4 times and using used old parts to fix it and it still not being fixed. It is still not fixed. Kitchen cabinet issues, all doors have issues, electric panel issues 3 times, not sure about it still, mixed color and textures of items that have been fixed are not matching with what was purchased, and so much more.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been fixed. I received no response from company regarding fixing issues or when or if they will be fixed. no apology on the time ot money they have cost me and continue to cost me because of there unprofessionalism. The doors have not been fixed, we still have a water heater issue, the storm door issue is still a problem and we also have a kitchen shelf issue that has never been addressed. When the mobile home was purchased. they wanted a detailed list of problems. We provided what they asked for in a timely manner yet they have acted in Bad faith to fix/repair the problems. Above that using USED or OLD parts was never discussed with me. They are acting in bad faith and if I had known how they respond to issues that were of there creation I would have purchased my mobiloe home from another manufacturer. I am very disappointed and disgusted by there service and lack of being honorable people.
