My name is ************************* and I have a 2 units (383 and 575). I downsized from 585 to *************************************************************. Ive been calling since May 21, 2023 after I changed my unit from 585 to 575 on May 15, 2023.On May 15th, I asked the agent if I could close 585 and rent a new unit to get the 2 months for 50% off and I was told it would be a transfer, but I knew it could because that is how I got unit 585 initially. I was never told about a prorated fee and ended up having to pay that, but was told I would be issued a credit since I was already paid up on unit 585. I was never issued that credit and I have been calling every day since to speak with a supervisor and have yet to receive a phone call back. They are starting to make me feel like this is suspicious business practice because now Ive been given a late fee on top of me not getting the callback from a supervisor that Ive been promised every day. This is the epitome of lack of customer service. I would have been better off dealing with the manager on the property but my hours conflict me from doing so. This is not what I expected from a customer paying for two units at this facility. I didnt want to be late due to not getting this rectified by a supervisor who doesnt seem like they exist. To have to darn near beg for service is absurd.Still waiting,************************* ************Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:On July 15, 2023 I went to the Sparebox location on ******* Road and found my unit 575 locked. This is the same unit I came to this site to complain about previously. Apparently, management at this site didnt get the memo stating that I was issued a credit due to the previous inconvenience or could have gone to my account and noticed there wasnt an outstanding balance associated to this unit. And since I continue to be forced to contact your customer service department that doesnt really provide ample service, Im here again. Also, I receive immediate notification if Im late on a payment, but why wasnt I notified that the ** is broken in a building Im paying $250.00 for a unit thats supposed to be climate control? We are facing temperatures in the 100s and beyond and this issue poses a threat to my merchandise. Please advise on how soon this will be rectified and how my bill we be adjusted due to this building no longer being climate controlled. Thank you.

I have been storing my boats at this location ostation off of flat rock road for many years. It has just Recently been acquired by spare Box and during this time there have been an increase of animals in the area Due to the lack of personnel spell roaming the site the tearing away animals. Tperiod there have been an influx of cats cats that have taken up homage in the area living in peoples boats and my boat, which is used very often as I just used it last week, had a cat in there I have pictures where the ********************* got into the boat and An area where they decided to sharpen their claws on my vinyl seats damaging them.. This was never an issue in the past with the prior owners but with the newOwners or property management company due to the lack of personnel andInspection of the property things have been on a steep decline. There have been no improvements as were promised, no upgrades to the systems, do the systems, know improvements of lights lights, and with all this there's been an issue that just started. My issue with the business is that they have stated that they are not responsible for damage by by these animals even though I take every personal precaution at their location To cover my boat secure my equipment. When I contacted their customer service number they simply stated that they will correct this in the future so this will not happen to anybody else's property. My concern is my own personal property that I now need to have repaired and reupholster one seat Due to the lack of security on premise. I would like the company to Either take ownership of the damages and re upholster it for me, or Deduct what I will be paying on reupholstering minus labor off of my rent.Business response
