Worst customer experience ever! They will take full money right away by showing you the brochure making you sign the contract, then come up with a drawing with cheap products (not matching with brochure) which you wont know until installation is done. Then won't even reply to your concerns. They did my Pergola which as per the brochure should have 70% shadow but what I got gives less than 40% shadow. They didn't even bother to take a work completion sign-off. Stay away and specially from Josh. After payment i had to followup with him innumerable times for 3months to get the work done. And then to get something installed that I didn't even choose. A complete fraud company.

Owner Bryan ******* has been in contact with Mr. ****, they have agreed to a resolution of upgrading and giving him more stripping on his pergola. Bryan is working on a schedule date and will be following up with the homeowner.
as for the upfront Money, the retailer he paid holds the funds until the project is complete AND the customer signs the Customer Approval Form. Mr. **** refused to sign the approval form and we have not received any funds for the project. however, we have paid and provide the material and installation and paid our subs for their labor. we are fully invested into the project and have given what was contracted.
Mr. **** received a written quote, signed and approved a formal contract , and was provided structural drawings that had written specifications and detail side images ALL of which clearly specified "2x4 stripping 12" on center"
The shade produced on our products varies depending on the orientation to the sun, time of day and time of year. The sun is constantly changing. we have been in the pergola business for more than 17 years now and have designed and built more than 34,000 structures.
we have a very nice website ,but have never been accused of false advertising or bait and switch.
that is why we provide detail drawings for the customer approval. the drawing states " do not sign if you don't understand"
i will update the status here once we have an installation date.

update 07/15/22 , We are installing additional stripping today for the homeowner at no charge. We anticipate that he will retract the complaint once this change order is complete and concern is resolved.

The coverage issue was taken care by Lawn Mater at no charge and I am satisfied with the work done. ***** from LM has been excellent in meetings the customer expectation and addressing the issue with patience and care. I would like to withdraw my initial complaint against Lawn Master.
