Worst service I've ever had from a Dealer and the Service Advisor just get caught in multipe lies with his text msgs. Picked it up and took it back to the Dealer I bought it from. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. 0 Stars if it were possible.Review from Anabel E

Bought a used car and didnt even make it to the third payment when it broke down and left me stranded. Management is rude and has no empathy for selling us garbage. Please read several other customers on review sights for similar experiences.Review from Barbara S

Worst service department ever. They changed my oil and in 2 days the engine light came on and the sensor light. They sent a wrecker to pick up my truck then call and said that was an oil leak . The truck had no oil in the truck at all but they said it was full of oil and sent me pictures of a jeep engine to show oil and I have Chevy truck . Then told me I owed 200 dollars I have bought 5 cars and have sent over 10 people out there to buy cars I will not send anyone out there after thisReview from Jason B

On April 5th we purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite...
Within the first week the car had engine trouble. An indication that it wasn't checked before it was sold. That same issue has continued since we purchased the car. We have had to drive that car back 4 times and leave it there. Only once receiving a loner vehicle. We purchased this car because as a hardworking family we needed it! Paying for Ubers so my husband can get to work and I can work and get our kids to school after buying a car is angering! We came in with our own financing and trusted this company to provide us with a trustworthy vehicle. And we have not had the vehicle in our possession for 7 straight days as of yet!
The **** that we have been thru with this purchase is a gross representation of any company.
No one deserves this kind of treatment! I will be writing reviews of this company on every available platform

The customer bought the vehicle and returned after 800 miles with a check engine light. At that time the bank 1 convertor and both bank 1 o2 sensors were replaced with no cost to the customer. The convertor would not have been covered by the extended warranty the customer purchased because they do not cover catalytic convertors. The vehicle returned 320 miles later with a different code PO139 o2 sensor slow response bank Theses repairs were performed and the vehicle test driven 158 miles with no cost to the customer. The vehicle is currently in our shop. One of the new o2 sensors are slow to respond and caused the check engine light to come on. There is no expense to the customer and they are driving our Chrysler Pacifica. I am sorry that the customer does not appreciate what we have been doing for them at our expense.Review from Massagemedik

My car has been in the body repair shop here for 3 and 1/2 months all parts were there as of december 1 . They do not return calls nor do they give you updates. I have been there 3 different times and was told each time the car was in paint. Called and asked for the manager and he has yet to call me back. Horrible service.
