Air conditioner purchase 5/13/2022 from this company for 4753.00.We have several issues since then.We called them today and they did not answer my call. MY wife called today from her number and they answered and said my phone number is one a do not service list.They told us to get another company.We have never had any issues with them other than having to call back several times to get our receipt after a receptionist hung up on us after finding she was sending reciept to wrong email.This ac is under warranty

It is always our commitment to resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner. It is unfortunate the previous discourse was not under amicable terms and does not allow us to continue servicing your HVAC Repair needs.
Again your warranty is still valid and repairs can be performed by any licensed HVAC technician with any company as we mentioned before with you.

I am rejecting this response because:If its always your commitment to resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner your establishment failed. I attempted to contact your company and was automatically blocked denied access to speak with any one regarding anything. No explanation as to why, there was no previous discourse between myself or anyone from your business. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere as you suggested. Happy to do so.
