First. They didn't charge my card for a couple days, failed to provide an invoice or receipt and failed to provide an estimate. Failed to provide anything on their findings and issues other than hurrily verbally explaining it. He told me I had a collapsed pipe and needed 5k in repairs. Also, because of this I had to call another plumber. They gave me the information that completely contradicted what this plumber told me. Apparently I DONT have a collapsed pipe worth 5k in repairs. Im very upset at having to email this company multiple times with no response for an estimate and receipt.Business response

It's my understanding that our CRM system was down on Monday when we went out to the homeowners house. We ran her credit card on Tuesday but did not send and invoice or paid receipt. I've tried to reach out to the homeowner but haven't had any luck. I have sent a full refund with a letter of apology via mail to the homeowner. This is not the way we conduct business and I'm embarrassed of how this all went down. We will continue to train and learn from our mistakes.
