I paid $150 for an air filter and the company measured it incorrectly. It still does not fit, even though a second one was mailed. After attempting to reach out to the company several times via phone call, website, and email, they have not responded. Additionally, I paid over $1,000 in services for annual filter cleaning and they will not perform these services either. They promise lifetime services and guarantees.Initial Complaint

***** ******** is my 79 yo father. ***** has poor hearing and poor eyesight, he suffers from low oxygen which gives him dementia like symptoms. These are all common issues with an elderly man, which we believe he was a vicitm to Elder Abuse. ***** called Red Rock Clean Air which is a branch of Wasatch Clean air and asked for their $39.00 Vent cleaning special that he read about from a flyer delivered in the mail. A tech named Joe B. came to the home on January 18, 2023. When the tech left the home, what was to be a $39.00 service call ended in a bill for $4,165.00 The tech asked to see the vents, then proceeded to walk around the house speaking quickly, and saying I am going to do this service, and you need mold protectant in your vents, and you need this on your furnace and dad says he really couldn't hear or understand what he was saying and never heard any prices being given to him. He assumed the bill would be higher than $39.00 but believed it was no more than $400.00 When ***** signed the bill and gave his credit card he believed the bill read $400.00 he was upset with that amount, but was so overwhelmed he signed it anyway. Not all of the services had been performed as some parts were needed to be brought in from the warehouse. After the tech left ***** was still reeling from the $400 dollar bill. It wasn't until a couple of days later when his credit card statement came that he saw the bill was $4165.00 The tech came back to place the filter on the furnace and *****'s son was there at the time. He told him ***** did not want all of these services and to not put on the filters. He asked him to talk about the extremely high prices on simple services and to especially refund the money on the filters that were not installed. The tech said he would have management call and make it right. We have called several times and finally spoke to a manager who said they would call management and call back to make things right. No one has called.Initial Complaint

I had Wasatch Clean air come to clean my ducts on 11/21/2022 and was sold a lifetime Electrostatic Filter. Waited 2 weeks didn't receive it, called and was told they had to contact the supplier to send me one. Waited another month, and called multiple times, finally got my filter, but it didn't fit. Called several more times and was told the Technician would need to come out and re-messure for proper filter size. He did not show up at the appointed time. I called 2/27/23 and asked that they refund me for the filter and was told they wouldn't refund my money for the filter.
