      My company used them to administer a *** ****************** Account) benefit of $500 a year. In order to use it I had to create an account on the ********************** website, login, and claim my benefit. There was an unknown issue with my account that led to three phone calls, each one with me being transferred to 2-3 different departments and a letter they had to send me which took 9 weeks to arrive Then, once I had the letter I called back, got transferred around the usual 2-3 departments and after a 43 minute phone call still did not get my access to my account. ?????So yeah, not great. And if they don't give me access soon, I'll lose the benefit entirely as it's use it or lose it.

      Do use these people. I put money away for a rainy day. Took them 10 years but they admin fees over half my savings. Then want you to jump through hoops to close your account. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I spoke with 5 different people today and got nowhere. Everyone of them told me something different they have no clue. Worst company I have ever done business with.

      I also have nothing positive to say about this company. Initially, I could not log into my account on the web. The error message was ambiguous. So I called. I had an account, but none of the information my employer provided was suitable to verify my identity. They asked me a series of obscure and difficult questions about my past life in an attempt to confirm my ID, but I apparently failed. My employer had to call and re-establish my account. Then I had to call.. 3 more times because the password reset was not working. We used the debit card to pay towards a hospital bill and provided receipts, but the receipt was rejected because we paid the patient potion at the same time and the receipt showed the amounts combined. Something about it being the same billing incident. The hospital had to go to their payment processing company and get evidence of 2 separate cards charged to send to us. Finally they accepted the docs and stopped threatening to send us a bill for reimbursement. I didn't learn and decided to try again this year. We used the card to pay for a portion of our Lasik procedure. The receipt was not enough. We had to go back to the surgeon and ask for more detailed docs. I have submitted the evidence so we will see how it goes. Open enrollment is this week and there is NO CHANCE of me putting myself through that again. I speculate they automatically reject charges and hope customers won't go to all this effort so they can keep your money at the end of the year. Why else would they make the process such a hassle with the risk of driving business away?

      Totally incompetent organization, Awful customer service. They locked my account for "fraud concerns' but there is zero fraud. I made a deposit to my account and there system glitched and they say its fraud activity. The money was debited from their account but they say a withdraw was requested immediately after the deposit. They are trying to make me run around and chase my tail with whatever documentation they need me to do but they refuse to email me instructions in writing. They have a super long hold time to speak to supervisors, nobody ever takes notes and leaves them in the file and they always "accidentally disconnect' the call so you have to explain your situation a thousand times to every single person at that organization. When you finally get to a supervisor, they are dumber than a box of rocks. Incompetent children. They say they will email you and they never do. So the viscous loop continues. *** custodians desperately need a lot of competition. This company would go bankrupt quickly if there was any healthy level of competition. Then they leave canned copy and pasted responses on here that you can see on every single complaint here that is now in the hundreds.

      This *** provider is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They continuously deny my reimbursement claims for no reason. I requested withdrawal for financial hardship and they have consistently denied my claims without any information and now I am receiving eviction notice. I have validated my identity multiple times and they continuously choose to do this.

      I notified HealthEquity of fraudulent charges on my account 2 days after they occurred. It has now been 3 months and I have talked to them 6 times. Each time I have been promised that someone will call me back or resolve the issue. I have never heard from ANYONE at this company.I just get the run around.

      I've been trying to get the $115.59 on my account and haven't been able to do so despite providing the requested receipts. They don't know how to read simple receipts that I got from the providers and haven't given me full credit for the receipts the providers gave me. I keep getting told different reasons why I haven't been reimbursed for the $115.59. Even had a supervisor say that I would receive an email on Friday. That did not happen. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved and took the time to get all the receipts and I still haven't been reimbursed. **************** including supervisors don't know what they are doing. I have talked to multiple people.

      I have a 3 page long document of issues I had to put together, including transaction emails, recorded phone calls, chats, letters & replies from them. Health Equity has made my life h*** Unknowledgeable/misinformed customer service, dispute **** is even worse. I was repeatedly given wrong information, lied to, not called back, wrong transfers, disconnections "can't find your account", and worst of all they initiated an unauthorized transaction on my account under the guise of another company when said company DID NOT HAVE the card information, when I disputed, eventually I was told all was good & yesterday they transacted the money, AGAIN. I was finally allowed to speak with a supervisor today after I told them I would file a police report at this point because this is theft. Many calls, people and 6 hours later I was told "the wrong form was submitted" ( by them, they file the forms, not the customer) I have made it clear I am reporting them, what they have done, which I have tangible, and ample proof of. What has happened is both wrong and illegal. I submitted their form to put in to pull what I have left now and may have to do it again, I'd lather lose some money at this point then ever deal with them again. Be very careful, do not go here.

      HealthEquity administers the ***** accounts for my former employer. I enrolled in Individual Only medical coverage through HealthEquity. The first two months were billed correctly. In the third month HealthEquity started billing me at the more than 2X Individual + Spouse rate. They then cancelled my account because I had only paid enough for the Individual Only coverage that I had elected. Numerous calls to their customer service team and a request for reinstatement have gotten me nothing but a few apologies. I don't want apologies, I want HealthEquity to fix the problem!!Avoid HealthEquity at all costs! I should have gotten health insurance through the marketplace instead of dealing with the mess that calls itself HealthEquity.
