This company is absolute GARBAGE. I'm going to file a formal complaint and blast them on every single social media profile I can find. I ordered 3 dresses. I measured myself carefully. The dresses are at least 3 sizes too small, despite careful measuring. They claim they are made from linen. The dresses that arrived were cheap polyester blends. I reached out to them and they said the dresses were final sale. I persisted and persisted and threatened them with a complaint to the BBB. They offered me a 30% refund. This is the absolute WORST online shopping experience. Do NOT purchase anything from their company. Mislabeled, fraudulent, factory garbage from *****.

This boutique removes in bad reviews of products and only keeps positive ones. I purchased an item that was terrible, and I was not able to return it so I went to leave an honest review on the website, to save any other customers from ordering. The boutique responsed to me 1 star review saying I could return the item for a store credit if I changed the review. I refused and they removed it anyways. So fraudulent and sad. Beware of any reviews on this website.

I received a jacket 3/10/22 that had damage on collar. I have tried emailing and leaving messages with this company since receipt of jacket. No attempt has been made to contact me. This is awful company to do business with. Stay away!

Ordered a shirt in Large and, even though the label states "Large," it is most definitely not and this was a "Final Sale" item which states there are no returns. However, the measurements on their website are not the same as the shirt I received and are actually smaller than the size Small measurements. I could barely get my arms inside the sweatshirt to put it on because it was so small. I received my order on Saturday and emailed them right away. No response and today is Wednesday. I have emailed them twice with no response in the past 3-4 days. I have called three times today (being Wednesday morning). The first time, the call was disconnected as soon as the representative answered the line. The last two calls, the phone rang and voicemail picked up. I left 2 messages and and now awaiting a call back. I suspect I will need to cancel my pre-order that is out there now and stop ordering from Bohme ever again unless this gets resolved. Just beware that this company seems to be a little suspicious. To their defense, I have ordered many other clothes from them and have had no problems whatsoever with the size or quality. But this one experience makes me not want to take any future purchases with them.
