The date of this transaction was December 3, 2023.I spent approximately $50 going to see a movie with concessions.The movie was delayed 35 minutes and when my teens went to try to get a refund or their concessions fixed, they were dismissed and not even acknowledged. The business committed to provide expedited service, quality products and the promise to make things right that wrong. That never happened. All I am seeking to resolve is attaining my $50 back in the form of payment plus my 2 tickets. I am a Cinemark ********** member and the experience was sub-par and I the customer service can get better.Business response

We have reached out to this Guest and are processing a refund back to their account for the experience. In addition, we have also offered the Guest free tickets to join us for another film.
