We signed up because the young man that came to our door sold us on the services provided. We liked what we would be getting for the money. They came out and did everything that was on the service contract. I also liked the fact that I could schedule my appointments online. 3 months roll by. I tried to schedule my next service. The site wouldn't let me. I tried calling. Office hours in ********* are until 5pm. I called at 4:20 pm. It sent me to voice mail and told me to call back during the hours of 8am and 5pm. I am like it is 4:20pm. This happened twice. Well, I call around lunch the next day and I finally get someone. I told her my frustration of not being able to schedule my own appointment online and no one answering the phone during office hours. She gets a Friday appointment set up for me between the hours of 12 and 4 pm. I wanted to be there. The day before the appointment, I get a message that the technician had to cancel and I was rescheduled for the following Wednesday between the hours of 8am and 4pm. SERIOUSLY!! I called and spoke with someone. She is like this is the only time we have unless we go into November. She narrowed it down to between 12pm and 4pm. I could not be there. He sent me pictures of what he did. He left off 2 off the most important services, and he completely missed my second garage. The technician sent a "Review Request" , so I sent a bad one back. I get a call from "Big ****". He left a nice enough message about wanting to make things right, and to call him back. I called him back after work. That is where the customer service went downhill. He asked what didn't my tech do. I told him to look through the pictures and you tell me what is missing. He said well I see 38 pictures. I told him, that his tech didn't even spray the foundation or the house and he completely missed the second garage. I then proceeded to explain about the online scheduling not being easy. He said and I quote. "Nothing in life is easy".

Terrible service. Had them over a year for mice removal. Signed a contract, nothing came of it. Complained over and over, still nothing. Took me $200 just to end the contract with them. ******* of a company.

We signed up last year. We noticed they only came twice this year, but was regularly charging our account. Basically stealing. Helping themselves to our bank account without doing the work. When we called to cancel after they took another payment in Sept, They said they would be out in a couple of weeks. We told them no. They proceeded to help themselves again to our account in Oct. After telling them to cancel again and return our money, they refused. We had to cancel our card and report them to the bank. They bank managed to get ONE payment back from them after they have been stealing all year round. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. No stars.

They deserve zero stars. In early August, one of their sales representatives came to my door and persuaded me to sign up for their service, assuring me it could be canceled at any time without any fees. Trusting him, I signed the agreement on his tablet. A few days later, Hawx performed their first service. The service person was there for barely 15 minutes, and I saw no noticeable improvementcobwebs returned, spiders were still entering the garage, and small insects continued to come into the ******** early September, I contacted them with my concerns. They sent someone back for a warranty service, but it still didnt work. I asked them to cancel the service, but instead, they offered another warranty service and an extra free month (Im giving them one star just for that attempt). However, the issues persisted, so I requested again to cancel. Now theyve charged me $199.00 as a cancellation feedespite their failure to deliver effective service.Their agreement says that termination fee is applicable if customer terminates the agreement without legal excuse (e,g. **** is in default or breach of Agreement, or **** failed to provide service). In my case, **** failed to provide service and hence termination charges should not be applicable. I see many of their customers have raised similar complains. But they haven't changed their bad business practices.

We had initially switched from our original pest control provided because we liked the agricultural license that could treat vegetable gardens. When we signed up, we were ensured that rodent control was a part of our contract because that was a big part of why we had a pest control provider in the first place. Our first two services were fine, though it did not seem that they did anything different for the garden area. Then we had a new technical come and when we discussed where the rodent traps were, he said that rodent control was not actually part of our contract. We decided to end the service, and called to cancel. Because they charge monthly, but visit quarterly we had to time the cancelation with getting the full amount of money's worth. When we called in September to cancel, they hung up on us twice because of technical issues with their phones. They called us back, said we would not be charged anymore and had a verbal confirmation that we had canceled. We were not charged in September or October. Then November, a regular charge came through. Upon following up, their customer service let us know that the service was not actually canceled and the month they just charged us for was not refundable even though we had verbal confirmation in September and no charges since August. This feels like bate and switch - "Oops we charged you - you aren't canceled and we won't refund you. Do you want finish the quarter to get a service?" We've had to file a dispute with our bank to get the money back from a service we had told was canceled two months ago.

**** was to provide quarterly pest management services at my home in return for monthly payments. **** has been debiting my account and not providing the quarterly services. There was never a contract or any cancellation fees. When I contacted **** and requested cancellation I was met with severe opposition and was even threatened with a cancellation fee if I cancelled. I was contradicted about providing a reason (I told the representative that my property was not being serviced), and was still met with severeand aggressive opposition and threat of debiting my account for $210. cancellation fee. Please check your cameras for dates of your service because they are not servicing your property every quarter like they are supposed to.

0 ? CON ARTISTS....RUN!The sales person told me they were doing a promotion for a one time service of $50. He said try it out today and see if you like it. I agreed. He called another guy who came by to spray, took my card info, and had me sign for the service rendered. What I didn't know, he had me sign a 1 year contract. I received emails thinking they were advertisements, so I skipped them, until I saw a bill for $195!! I called explaining the situation and told them I wanted to cancel service, because I was lied to by the sales guy. The lady I spoke to was rude. I told her services were not rendered, I should not be charged and the account needed to be cancelled. She told me I could pay a $200 cancellation fee, but would also have to pay the remaining balance in order to cancel. I refused. 2 days after the call I received an email with an additional $60+ more added to the balance. Crooks! Poor customer service and illegal business practices. Do not hire this company!

2 1/2 years of continuous service on my automatic payment plan that all of a sudden abruptly stops where I was not notified until I called to inquire. Comes to find out one of the worker's within Hawx didn't like my tenant and purported ridiculous findings as a means to cancel and avoid servicing my unit. I gave ***** and restored the service and scheduled service - and awaited the 4 hour window - all to my surprise of a no show, where I later learned I was canceled again, withot notice. Fool me once, shame on you, ... Fool me twice, no more ***** other than exposing you for what you are(which is Trifling).

This company is a scam. A guy came to my house and after repeatedly telling him I was all set with another pest control company, he insisted on doing a service for only $50 to show me what great work they do and how much surface area they cover. Well it turns out that one $50 service somehow turned into a 1 year contract that I didn't agree to. In addition, I called after the first treatment within a week, because I had more bugs than before. They had the nerve to charge me for this "in between " service that they stated was originally free. Tried canceling twice and the 2nd call, they finally sent a note saying they'll cancel but at a $400 charge. I'm beyond annoyed and will be filing a complaint.
