I am not happy with the company that Lendio brokered us to Headway they are charging me 52.2% interest on $13,450.00 on top of broker fees of $1250 and $269. Misc Fees the loan has only been paid down by about $3000 in 11 months my credit score was in the high 600s I dont know why the high interest rate I would never recommend this company or **************.Review from James A

Horrible practices - I spoke with multiple ***** all telling me that applications were pending. No information will be provided to you if you apply with *****. They will shop you around, and will not let you know the details. I called them and requested what lenders they submitted me to, I was told "I do not have access to see that", what financial institution cannot relay the funding partners that they have submitted you to. Very suspicious activity here. Also, had a CS *** hang the phone up on me when I requested what Lenders they submitted me to. I was told "I dont have access to view that", and then when I pressed and stated that this is my proprietary information he stated "you can email our legal team". When I finally got a manager on the line, she told me totally different information, and stated that I was wrong in what I heard in earlier conversations with ***** essentially blaming it on me. Long story short, I cancelled my application with Lendio and will never go back to them. Total SCAM.Review from Audrey D

Here is my warning to you. Do NOT do business with this company. We have excellent income and a nearly perfect credit score and the best they could do on a piece of equipment was 17%-18%. They come up with a bunch of nonsense as to why this interest rate is so high. They also do a hard pull on credit even though they say they do not. Totally misleading company. Representative was rude and talked over me . Do business with a reputable company. Not with Lendio.Lendio, Inc. Response

I applied for the Employee Retention Tax Credit with Lendio, Inc. They got all my information and I never received anything after they told me I was approved. When I text them about it, I was told that it would be another six months. We will wait and see.Lendio, Inc. Response

Horrible! They sold my contact info and I have been getting on average 8-12 calls every single day on my mobile phone! I cannot get off this stupid call list. I know Lendio sold my info because this is what everyone is telling me. Also the constant automate emails from ***************************** that come in several times a day is ridiculous. My phone starts ringing at 8am and goes throughout the day EVERYDAY! I might end up having to change my number. Do not give lendio your mobile number!Lendio, Inc. Response

I was paired with a loan manager and after submitting my info to him, it was radio silence for a week or more. My calls and emails went unanswered. When I called the customer service number, the representative informed me that my loan manager no longer worked for the company. I was paired with a new manager, and it was rinse and repeat. My calls and emails went unanswered for several more days. When I called the customer service number again, the representative said that she would leave a message with my manager who then wrote a very brusque email informing me that Lendio couldnt help me. Follow up emails went unanswered. What a complete waste of my time.Review from MD D

I filled out a request on line. As I was completing the questionnaire, a call came in from" Lendio, NY. I did not answered. Knew then somethin was up and stopped filling out the form. A second later I get a text "Hi, how are you." NOT Professional at all, and obviously these people are scammers. Stay away.Review from Steven A

Disappointed with this company - they referred me to *********** - 1 month plus later after filling app out, everything pending and can't get anyone to provide update - not lendio or *********** after multiple attempts for info - took personal info and ghosted me. Reached out to rep multiple times- after telling me he would call me back with an update- he has neglected 100% of the time.
