Patient Portal to get med refills or do anything was Down all day. Call office and for the choice of assistance for "medical question and other providers" the mailbox Full all day so no one could leave a message. I decided to get creative and choose the "make an appointment" option to try and get my med refills. Got a live person but told that even though I only filled the med once, a med for sleep I have been taking for over 20 years, I have to make an appointment with the Provider again to get the med. Had one appointment with a provider, an NP, to "establish care" a few months ago. I have a chronic neuro disorder and am disabled. Even though, the provider didn't know my health at all, he would only order one lab test for my established thyroid condition and said if I wanted a more comprehensive "wellness" check I had to make Another appointment just for that. How is that "establishing care" when you take my vitals, order 1 lab test, and agree to fill my meds and know nothing else about how my body is functioning?

3 doctors decided to leave that facility in the past couple of years and I got tired of being seen by nurse practitioners trying to pretend to be a doctor and my treatment and quality of treatment went down the Hill and it's not the same as seeing a real doctor. Being shuffled around by nurse practitioners, and they do not pay close attention to your needs. Your symptoms and problems with your body. Since they moved into the new building, everything seemed to go to c***.

I worked for Exodus for a little over a year. It was the worst year of my life. The staff are rude and clicky. If they dont like you youre days will be miserable. Their HR staff exists of two women. One who spends her days exercising. When she isnt exercising she is in the HR **************** laughing and joking for very long periods of time. The say rude things about employees that can be heard in a joining offices. It was a very uncomfortable place to work. I asked an employee a question and as she was walking away she called me a stupid b**** While I was being trained one trainer never put her cell phone down. I sat across from an employee whose every other word was the * bomb. I worked there when ***** hit and chose to work in the office rather than at home and was alone most of the time. I was fired for gossipingI worked alone who did I gossip with.and why was the only one fired?? When I questioned the HR rep I was told it was not up for debate and dismissed. They had nothing else to say. When I was fired I was angry. I wish I would have handled it differently and sent a complaint to the appropriate institution. I am putting this out here now for support for any other employees that are or may have been treated the same. Dont let them do to you what was done to me. I will stand behind you 100%. They really need new and a better trained HR ***** I now have PTSD because of my time working at Exodus and have not worked since.

I was charged $100 to see my doctor when I have an insurance plan that has no deductible office visits and no copays to see your primary care physician. I had to call my insurance and get them to call Exodus and explain to them my plan. I'm still waiting to hear back from Exodus. Apparently it's "policy" to charge $100 if you haven't reached your regular deductible whether or not the deductible applies to office visits.

Trying to get them to answer the phone takes forever. The Lab does not know who's called who, and you end up getting the run around.After seeing a doctor, and if your allergic to the medication and you need help, forget it. It could take weeks!So unless you have time to lay around and wait for a call back, then they might not be a good choice.
