  Communications with Brian Seegmiller, began 7/2022. We followed instruction from BS and worked with a recommended Architect followed by Structural Engineer. We reached back out to BS 7/2023 and BS was happy to take the job, we met in person many times, he came by our home discussed the process and stated next steps were to put down a deposit once the estimate was approved and the job starts 3-4 weeks post deposit. BS was easy to get a hold of, responded to communications. We received the estimate on 8/1, signed it 8/5, BS picked up 10K deposit 8/6 with the understanding work would begin within 3-4 weeks as communicated, along with coordinating pick up of check BS sent texts (prior to having my money) that his team would work on our back gate for job access and organize permits. BS deposited my check on 8/9. No communication for weeks, no updates, no team showing up to work on gate, no permit submission. I sent BS a text 9/5 requesting update. BS did not respond. I sent BS an email on 9/8 requesting update, BS did not respond.9/8 (over a month since depositing my check) he responds,"Im sorry I meant to text you back". There was no reference in his text about permits started, job beginning, etc. I text back on 9/11/23 we need a start date, responds to my text with a vague "let me see what we can do to get things started". Requested update 9/12. 9/18, 9/20 via text, emailed 9/20 (attempt to call but VMfull). BS stole our money. No actual intent to complete a job. I have asked for my money back no response or vague response "maybe in 2 weeks". I gave him a clear deadline and he is now claiming to be out of town. BS is using me as a bank and holding my money as if it were a loan has kept it out of my account where over 2 months it would have accrued 4.8% interest ($960.00). I took a personal loan to cover the project. I paid 1780.00 on this loan before I decided to repay it in full. Right now I am out $12,740 and am requesting you assistance in getting this back

  I contracted with BE Builders in Nov of 2021 to remodel my house. We ran into multiple delays with with supply issues due to Covid and other factors. We began the full demolition in late July of 2022. Brian and team had completely removed my roof and trusses. I paid BE Builders a 3rd deposit on Aug 2nd, only to learn 4 days later that they had not secured the proper permits with the city to even start the project. Leaving my home fully exposed for the winter of 2022. After finally getting the permit secured, they failed 14 inspections over the course of 4 months. BE Builders charged me for services and products that I never received. I've been trying to get Brian to resolve this but have had no response. I want a refund on the line items I haven't received and the remaining dollars that I have paid above his last invoice. I paid BE Builders, timely, and they destroyed my home. I've been displaced for over a year.

  Wow, where to begin. What a nightmare our remodel has been. BE Builders is the last company anyone should ever hire to do work for them. We paid Brian 2 payments in January 2021 and December 2021 totaling $73k and here I sit over two years later with an unfinished remodel that my wife and I hired BE Builders to complete for us. If you do get any work done there is a good chance it will need to be redone as well since Brian does not oversee his unqualified crew. I don't know where to begin but what I can tell you is with Brian it feels like he will do anything and everything to avoid your calls and quickly reply with an auto reply of "can I call you later?" you'd think after patiently working and waiting for someone to complete your job that they would move you to the top of the list. Far from that actually, Brian has taken our money and left us sitting here with an unfinished project and throughout the two years has been feeding us constant lies of when our job will be completed. You hire a GC to help you get the job done not make the process harder. On top of being a horrible company you can't get to do any work for you. We also now have a lien on our home because Brian doesn't pay his bills for lumber. I inquired about this to him, when it came via certified mail to us and he told me he had a check cut back in November 2022, guess what it's now February 2023 and we got served again for the lien. If this doesn't scream run from this company, On top of this we had an employee of his come to our door asking to get paid since Brian had not paid him yet. I don't know what does. For everyone reading this do yourself a favor and stay far away from BE Builders and Brian S*********.

  Brian s********* was given 72K to do our job. He didn’t even finish half of it. He has torn my house apart and left it in shambles for TWO YEARS and TWO winters. Anytime you try to call or talk to this man he would come up with some kind of lie. Constant excuses! He makes all kinds of promises and never comes through. He will go months without talking to you or taking your call and all the sudden have guys show up to do some work. Problem is he doesn’t like to pay his workers or for his materials, I now have liens coming back on my house and unpaid workers showing up at my door demanding money. There are not enough character text in the text box for me to go over all the **** he has put us through and it’s been ALOT. I have left a google review and posted about our experience on social media to warn other people about this con artist. He is now so upset with me exposing him, now he is sending us small threats and threatens of slander for leaving an honest google review on how horrible of a business he runs.
