              My original mattress was replaced on 5/30/2020 due to it sinking. At that time, I was told that the box spring and frame were not the reason why the original mattress failed. The mattress that was replaced on 5/30/2020 has failed again due to sinking. As a result, I sent pictures of the mattress as requested. They later came back stating that they needed pictures of the box spring and frame (even though I was assured in May of 2020 that the issue was not due to my frame and box spring). Mattress warehouse is now stating the issue is due to not having middle support on the frame and they will not warranty the mattress. I have dealt with the store manager before and he will not work with me. I asked if I needed to get my attorney involved, and he hung up on me. I called back and the staff refuses to talk to me. I will have a attorney involved if necessary. I would like a full refund at this point and they can keep the bed and box springs.

              No stars would be the better option. Walked into the store to look for a mattress and was instantly greeted by a salesman. My fianc told him that we would prefer to shop without a sales person. He said well I would prefer you just leave the store. No customer service at all. Also do they know whats going on in your life at home? The answer to that is no. So remain personal and maybe you would get business if we found the right mattress that worked.

              We apologize you had this negative experience. Our salesperson was wrong to ask you to leave and has been reprimanded for his behavior. We pride ourselves on working with our customers with our sleep fit program, which is exactly as you stated, we get to know our customer and their needs to find the right mattress.
