      Scammed me I ordered a bathroom vanity for $280 and when it was time to ship they canceled it because elsewhere that vanity is ariund $650. They try tell me it was out of stock and I went ahead and bought matching faucet fixtures and mirror and just to try them I asked a relative go into the website and purchase it with the new price and she did and it was totally fine , they just caught there glitch and didn't want to honour the price I bought it for. I got an email that said " sorry this one is on us and item is out of stock and here's 10% off " sneaky. They went bankrupt for a reason.

      Do not order from this company if you return the merchandise you cannot get your full refund. they charged me $20 for shipping for returning my item and what I bought was $28. They gave me a credit of $4.50 back on my card. I will never buy from here again. Bad ***************************** care.

      Overstock bath and beyond has been sending me email with order update that doesnt belong to me. Shipping and billing address are from *************************************** but the orders are on my account. I was able to even request a return. Return label that will never get to the person that place the order. I called ***************************** services. I was told there are a few cars like mine. Today, I received another communication my item was shipped. So this mess continues. I have been back and forward via email testing to send love this but they keep saying me to talk to the fraud department and my bank institution. The thing is nobody has stolen my identity or charge my bank account. It is overstock messing with people orders and account violating customer privacy.

      I paid $34.75 for a shower curtain on 10/14/2024. It was the wrong color so I sent it back. (DID NOT EVEN TAKE THE CURTAIN OUT THE PACKAGE) I received a refund of $8.29, which means I was charged $26.26 to return an item. I can see a fee of $8 but $26.26? How can anyone think that doing business like this is fair. Now I understand why this business closed.

      Received a call from my bank's fraud prevention line. I called them back using the fraud prevention line on their website. I had received charges from their subsidiary Overstock. I have never heard of this company. My bank asked me to first attempt to resolve this by calling Overstock during their business hours. I explained to customer service representative that I had received fraudulent charges on my card from their company. He asked to verify my account, I explained I do not have an account. He said that he would still need my email information to verify my account. He said, you do not have an account and have not made purchases. I explained that I am again calling for fraudulent charges made to my card. He said, without being able to verify an account he could not help me. Looked up company on internet and there are forums about people receiving fraudulent charges from this company and they also have never heard of them.

      I ordered and received a damaged kitchen sink. Return initiated on 9/9, SLA of 10 business days becuse of the value. Return of item wasn't required, but ******* could pick up. It was picked up by ups.The 23rd (10 business days) came and went, so I called and emailed. Each time they say it requires a Manager approval, will take 2 more days, but never happens. Case number is **********

      My recent experience with BB&B has been so nightmarish I think I have literally developed ulcers. We ordered a set of swivel rocker patio chairs with a side table. I paid a handyman to assemble the furniture, but he couldn't complete the job because the swivel mechanism that connects the rest of the chair to the base was missing for both chairs. I contacted customer service and was told it would be 5-6 business days until they could tell me whether or not they could send replacement parts. This particular set we purchased is ubiquitous--you can buy it just about anywhere, including Home Depot and Lowes. So waiting a calendar week or more to learn *if* they would be able to provide replacement parts was not reasonable or acceptable to me. I Tweeted at BB&B and was connected with a rep ************************ offered the alternative solution of sending us a complete replacement set, allowing us to take the parts we need, and ship back the rest of the set on BB&B's dime. I agreed to this solution, but 4 days later, the BB&B app said the replacement order had been cancelled. I called to find out why, and was told they could not offer this solution because "we would be taking a loss on that." They said they would instead be sending the replacement parts, and gave me tracking. But when the package arrived, they had indeed sent a full replacement set, including a shattered glass side table (thankfully no one got hurt.) But since we were told they would not be sending a full replacement set, there was no longer a plan for the rest of the set--all we needed were 2 parts the size of my hand! Mercifully, knowing how much stress this had been causing me, my mother stepped in at this point and called BB&B on my behalf, and arranged for return shipping and a *** pickup. We had ordered some furniture from Wayfair at the same time, and also experienced multiple issues with that order, but the difference between Wayfair's ***************************** service and BB&B's was glaring, and frankly embarrassing for BB&B.

      This awful business will not deliver the item but will keep your money. Bed ***************************** charges $13 to return one (small) item and keep the merchandise and your money when they receive it. You have to ASK for your money. Bad business practices are why all the stores are closed, and items are sold online. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.

      I purchased a FHI Heat Curve Pro Styling Iron 1 and requested to return due to the poor quality of how this product is made. However, I was told it is a non-returnable item, which is absurd! This cost about $100. Bed Bath and Beyond only has (2) 5-star reviews on this product, which leads me to believe they dont post reviews that are horrible. I have posted my review and well see if they approve it to be posted. Ive never heard of any large retail company not accepting returns on hair styling products. Im assuming this has something to do with the company filing bankruptcy, but Im not sure if their return policy has always been the same or if it has changed since the news was released on the bankruptcy filing.
