Incident occurred on Monday August 7th. I went into the shop to get a vape the girl that was working she was real nice she showed me a book that had all the brands and all the flavors where I looked through picked what I wanted told her that I wanted a pineapple slushie, she grabbed it off the shelf went to the register ring it up and out the door I went well when I got to the car and opened the vape not using it just opened and realized she had given me the wrong flavor my friend then went back in the store asking that they returned it and replace it with the correct flavor that we asked for because it wasn't our mistake it was theirs my friend was told that they will not exchange it was the man working behind the counter not the girl. He was very rude and we left out to the car well upon backing out of the car he was at the window of the store mouthing things through the glass so I flipped him off will he come flying out to the store threatening me, mind you I am a girl so that was uncalled for in itself but he was cussing and yelling and making threats trying to fight my friend I was telling him how unprofessional he was and that there is no better advertisement for a business than word of mouth and I told him I would never be back to that store again I'm sure there is recording of the whole incident and how unprofessional volatile and just downright rude that the man was that was working in the store at this time if I were the owner of this shop I would not want someone like this running the place by any means bad for business. I would like my vapor placed with what I asked for and an apology from that man would be appreciated but not expected.Business response

We have reviewed video footage and have discussed the incident with both employees on duty. We are focusing on customer complaints and resolutions with the entire staff. If the customer wishes a replacement/refund we will be happy to do so.
