I've been waiting a year and half for my front door. They took my original front door down which was fully functional but we wanted to update it. They took the my door down in December 2022 and put the wrong door in it's place. The door they put didn't open because it didn't fit in the space. They were not responsive until I told them I planned to report them. Then, 2 months ago, they came and installed a door that immediately messed up. It doesn't sit plumb so can't completely close and is missing the storm door. I keep trying to call the company but get the run around. They don't really answer any questions concretely and vaguely say it'll be done next week. I haven't seen any progress in more than a month though and they imply that I could be calling their manufacturer and their supplier if I wanted a solution.
