I was gifted an ITovi in August 2022. Very excited and used the scanner the entire month. I went to charge the scanner and the scanner would not hold a charge. I contacted customer service for help October 21, 2022. Thankfully customer service sent me a new scanner which I received November 10, 2022. That new scanner, with the same lot number, also will not hold a charge. I contacted customer service again the same day and went through the whole thing and to this day they have not sent me a scanner that works. My mother has been paying for the service because this was a gift. I want a scanner that works and I want a refund of the months I was unable to use the scanner. The customer service person is nice but they take days to rerun emails and I’m now appalled that I still can’t use the product I’m paying for.
