The only reason Mainly is getting 1 star from me is because Zero isn't an option. Shirts run small. Way small. And if you need to return or exchange? Forget about it. You'll be conversing with someone who plays games and strings you along to the point where you give up and accept your loss. Horrible. They should be embarrassed . But hey, the got me for 100 00 so I guess that's all that matters to them. You've been warned

This was the worst online experience ever. When I received my order, all the sizes were WRONG! I requested to return the items for correct sizing and was told to send a pic of the items, which I did. Then I was told that the items "looked just like our ad" and therefore there would be no refund (which I never asked for, I just wanted to return the items and get the right sizes). Save yourself the anguish, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their "Hi there" response is posted all over the internet which means it's their boiler plate response....boiler plate for "We here you but we DO NOT CARE! But, please take a 40% discount for our c*** and keep ordering like the mindless customer we need you to be...we got warehouses of this #%@& and got to get it unloaded."

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sent me a jacket that did not look like the picture and would not honor their return policy whatsoever.

Manly Shirt is horrible, sizes are all wrong, cheap quality, poor customer service and super super slow delivery.

They refuse to deal with my return request.size 2X .actually no bigger than a Large. Insulting customer service and borderline criminal. Their site should be banned.

They advertise free returns or exchanges, but after being unhappy with the look of my ring (which is fine, happens with online shopping) I didn't trust the pictures enough to exchange it for something else. Upon initiating a return I learned they charge you $30 if you request your money back; it's only free if you're willing to take store credit.

Manly bands has absolutely tarnished my engagement with their inability to run a business. Thank goodness their company is at least quick to issue refunds. They provide zero communication on the status of the order. After hearing nothing and waiting for my items to ship, I finally reached out for an update. When I reached out after hitting the 6 weeks we were told it could take they told us it would be another 4 weeks till we received our rings. Unfortunately when we finally received the rings, one was too big because despite ordering rings for women we were given the mens ring sizer and it did not go low enough to confirm the size. They sent us a link for the refund and their email stated that we would receive an email when the returned ring was in the mail. 4 months later without hearing anything we asked for the status only to realize they never asked us for the replacement ring size- which you would expect a company would ask when you tell them you are replacing the ring because it is too big but according to customer service "it is not possible to get the size during the return process" So while they havent figured out how to integrate that into their system, their system also failed to prompt us for a ring size, and they had no checks or balances to realize they had an order with no size for weeks. The worst part- when I reached out they had the AUDACITY to make it sound like it was my fault "for not realizing that they did not receive the size information" despite them never asking for it like they said they would and there being no place to check if they have it. Our engagement was pushed back months and now the one ring we have from manly bands I do no even want to wear because it reminds me of how unorganized and stressful they are.
