I completed an order on July 19th, 2023 and rcvd a confirmation email, the funds cleared my bank account on July 20th. As of august 2nd I had not rcvd a tracking email or any communication of any type. I called the business twice and left voicemails on august 3rd at 9:19 am and again at 4:44pm. I finally got an email back on august 4th saying “hi **… it’s Brooke from pristine. I just saw your voicemail, so I pulled your account. Was it for the 4 pack of blue gel and 10 pack of 17% gel?” I replied, yes that is correct and never got another response. I emailed another 2 times on August 7th and August 12th with still no response until I finally started commenting on their Facebook page about not receiving my order or communication. I was then told that my payment declined, I sent screenshots of all my transactions and then it was turned into “wix is holding your payment” but that they had mailed my shipment Tuesday 8/8 but as of today 8/15 usps tracking still says they have not rcvd the package. Then it was blamed on an employee. Excuse after excuse. I was then deleted from all groups. I want my refund or my product. I have had to reschedule clients due to not having product to perform these services in turn I have lost income, and potentially clients due to their lack of professionalism.Initial Complaint

I first signed on with this company to add professional teeth whitening to my service menu. I received my kit in a timely manner in January 2023. It came time to order more products in March 2023. I needed the products quickly so I paid for priority (1-3 day) shipping on 3/2/23, on 3/4/23 I had to reach out to the company in regards to my order as I had not received any tracking number(via text) and again on 3/6/23 due to not getting any response. On 3/6/23 they replied asking for my order number and said it would ship that day. I didn’t receive a tracking number via email until 3/7/23. On 3/7/23 they reached out telling me one of the products I order was out of stock and they wouldn’t get it in until Friday (I assumed Friday 3/10/23) and they would ship it out then. When I placed this order nothing online said they were out of stock. I received 1/2 of my order finally on 3/10/23. I never once received an update on the remaining part of my order and have still yet to receive it. I have reached out once again on 3/29/23 to see about the rest of my order and they said it should have been sent but I never received it. They then told me they would ship it in the morning (3/30/23). I have a tracking number but it still says the only thing to be done is a shipping label was created. It is now 4/9/23 and I have yet to receive my order. I am wanting to get my money back for the entire order (order number *****) as well as at least half my money ($500) that was used to sign up with this company. They spoke as though I would make my money back by offering this service. Advertising and marketing has had to be put on hold due to not having my products so I essentially have lost money.
