I ordered three movies from Clean Media Works on October 15. I received an e-mail letting me know they would ship the movies in 2-4 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks and I haven't seen anything. I would either like the movies or my money back. Thank youInitial Complaint

We purchased edited movies from the seller and the first purchase went well and we had no problems with it. We purchased again and two of the movies were defective and would not play and we were also missing the last two episodes of stranger things season 3, we have tried contacting the seller multiple times with no reply. We returned the movies and have not received the replacements for the defective items. We also placed more orders, while waiting for the other order to come and spent hundreds of dollars and have not received our order. We again have tried contacting the seller multiple times to find out what is going on and if our order is still being filled, but have not received a response. The orders were placed on September 17, and October 2 and we were told that it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive. I don't mind being patient, if I know that I am not scammed out of hundreds of dollars, but I cannot even get a response.
