On September 26 2022, I placed order # ****** on LouLou& Company's website for clothing. I received that order and was not happy with quality/items. I contacted their customer service and they refused to process the order saying that they were final sale. I never saw any sign that indicated final sale. My receipt indicates I have 45 days to return. I have asked to speak with a manager and they have stopped responding to me. There is no phone number to call only email address.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Twist Headband from Lou Lou & Company on November 15. In total I paid $14.57. It is a headband advertised to fit newborns to toddlers, and I therefore purchased it for my normal sized 6 month old (70th percentile head). When it arrived, it was instantly noticeable that it is too small. My daughter cried when wearing it, and it left an imprint on her head. It clearly is too small for my 6 month old. I attempted to contact the company about the issue, and received only "they may be tighter on some than others". I replied to said message, and have since been ignored. According to their return policy, I cannot return the headband, because the packaging was already opened; but there was no other way to know that the headband was too tiny, without opening it and trying it on. If it doesn't fit my 6 month old, I cannot imagine how it would fit the average toddler.
